Blah blah blah...i think Coleman is number one heavy weight in NHB right now, he did not gas out in a loooong time...and yeah, everyone can do ground and pound, but he is just great at it. If they still would allow headbutts Coleman would be unstoppable. Personally, my favorite was that russian dude who first beat Sperry and was fucked over by Frank Shamrock.(Igor Z-something). Frank was not bad either. Now, anyone know if Bas Rutten was taking anything? he was one scary motherfucka.

I would have to say that he uses growth....suspension and maybe some winny. You know that he is taken some methyl also to get him a little geeked up. I think that once you find the right weight to fight at you work with that. It is not all about strength but about quickness, awareness, knowledge and talent. You can know all the moves but if it doesn't come as second nature...you are fucked. These guys are a whole different breed of fighter and I would never want to look in their direction cross eyed!

i remember when chuck got put to sleep by jeremy horn from the guard..........that was sweet!!!! chuck has learned a lot since then though. who do you think is gonna win with tito and vitor????? i take bjj so i am kinda biased but on the other hand i think tito is a great fighter and i am a huge fan.............i take tito but he better watch out for vitor's hands.

IMO I think Tito will take care of him pretty fast.

i know for a fact he uses growth hormone,equipoise and test. in the off-season sometimes anadrol. and no im not making this up.

Did you test him yourself, or did he call you and let you know just wondering how you know for sure
