Damn, was it ever sweet to see Randleman get floored by old Chucky. There are few physiques less impressive than his. Yes, Cardio, and Athletic ability. Coleman's been tons better since he cut out the anadrol and whatever else he was beefin' on.

i remember when chuck got put to sleep by jeremy horn from the guard..........that was sweet!!!! chuck has learned a lot since then though. who do you think is gonna win with tito and vitor????? i take bjj so i am kinda biased but on the other hand i think tito is a great fighter and i am a huge fan.............i take tito but he better watch out for vitor's hands.

yeah between tito ortiz and vitor belfort i give the contest to vitor belfort, his agility and speed i think surpass ortiz, yes and now that you mention it, that was sweet when jeremy horn put lindell to sleep. I love those tapout fighters its all about the attitude

Coleman had no real technique anyhow...ground and pound...fuck any heavyweight can do that.

Then again you can find that outside any two bit mangy ass bar in any good redneck town as well.

I have an extensive background in NHB and for one have always been extremely impressed with the Lions Den and lets face it....Maurice Smith is great, but Frank Shamrock to me by far is one of the greatest fighters of all time.

I would like to follow that up by saying I would love to see an Marco Ruas/Coleman fight....with all my money on the "king of the streets" Oh and one side note..when I fought competively I weighed in at 182lbs. at my weight now I would not be very comfortable.

i havent fought in any weightclass tournaments, only small NHB tourneys with no weightclasses i weigh 196lbs right now, so id say middleweight
