what to use

Hi all, I am new at this and never used .. before. my stats:

age 28
w 150
h 5'11"
workout 4days a week

Goal: to get cut, don't want to get big ( i see some people smaller than me but super cut, how do they do that?)

I've been working out for several years 4-5days a week with crunches and cardio reg and good diet. but i dont see any results, i can't get rid off my fucking lower abs. I am thinking of taking ana var. what do you guys think? thanks all
 
I think you haven't learned how to eat. At 150 pounds, you shouldn't even think about steroids until you have put on 20-30 pounds. And at that. I'd say, you are still too light, especially at 5'11".
 
train NATURALLY with heavy weights using very strict form,increase your caloric and protein intake SUBSTANTIALLY........get plenty of rest and pass the 200lb mark without anabolics.the fact is you're not eating enough food bro,and most likely not training with enough intensity.educate yourself on weightlifting techniques we have excellent forums here that can help you tremendously.build a proper foundation through a good diet and intense training regimen basically to give yourself proper muscle maturity and development before even contemplating steroids.

at 150lbs you need to bulk(or gain weight)you say you don't want to get 'big' I just find that hard to understand,no offense.surely you don't want to remain 150lbs your entire life,but you want to put on more muscle and in essence more weight and size.don't be scared that you'll automatically blow up like a professional bodybuilder,that takes years of hard work and dedication.

At 5'11", 150 and (I assume you are saying) soft... there must be very little muscle on your frame. If you dropped to even 5% with out adding muscle your probably going to be pretty disappointed with how you look.

Sounds like you need to up the weights and intensity i.e. 5-6 days/wk and lower reps/heavier weight before you start thinking about AAS. If that's right around your natural weight then I don't think there's any danger of you getting bigger than you want to be.
 
Thanks for the info guys, I do want to add muscle weight, i meant I dont want to blow up ( disregard not wanning to get big comment), which it will not going to happen anyway i guess. sorry i wasn't clear.

What if I use the gear.. what will happen? any sides? don't you think ... they will help me to gain and tone up?

it would be a waist thats what would happen bro..plain and simple a big waist.
 
lmao, thats just about where i started bro. Get some food down your neck the last thing you need at that weight is aas it's not gonna do what food will.

Ill tell you what will happen:

You will "blow up" to about 155.... then after 2 months, you will be 150 again and look exactly the same. Only take the plunge if you are dedicated (you obviously arent). Steroids are a short term solution, in this case.
