What to use to prevent acne while ON ?

I always got bad acne from test on my chest, back, and shoulders. When I started taking just 3 grams of B-5 a day it cleared completely. The dosage of B-5 needed probably corresponds to the amount and type of steroid being used.

while on a cycle what should be used to prevent acne or help acne?

Get yourself some Dalacin T.... I works wonders for me... If I first get acne it usually goes away after a few days use of Dalacin T.... And there is no need to worry about the sides... They're almost non excistent...

I'm on accutane right now, 215-220 lbs, third month so far and it's like night and day from what I was like before. I've always had really oily skin and it's dried me up like a sponge on a hot sidewalk. I started taking 40mg a day and now I am up to 60mg a day. I'm doing the generic thing and they only have 10mg and 20mg tabs to I take one of each, two times a day. As someone said before, about the cracking lips, about five minutes after I put chapstik on, it's right back to cracking and peeling. If I go for more than an hour or so (when I'm awake, for some reason sleeping isn't a big deal) my lips will actually crack so deep they will bleed. It sucks but worth it in my book. I'm going through a doctor and she has me get my blood checked every month before she'll cut me a new prescription. We'll see how it blows up after my first cycle just around the corner! =)

i have the same problem bro, listen, when your lips start to get that bad to where they are bleeding, i stop taking it for 2 days, then get back on, it really helps a lot.. and i sleep with a wet wash rag in my mouth to keep my lips hydrated. yes chapstick only lasts about 5 minutes... get some vaseline and smear that shit on, yeah it looks bad, but not as bad as bloody lips.

I have powder B5 and it is the worst taste in the world. Not simply bad, its so gross my stomach twitches. My stomach is as tough as anyones out there, I'd bet anything that 50% of all the big scary tough guys here could NOT drink this b5 mixed with water. So are you just trying to get someone to fall over from opening up a cap, or is it really palatable?

(I just found it, its called Superior Neutraceuticals Acne Blast B5. Anyone who can stomach this day after day is ballsy)

Someone on another acne thread recommended Neutrogena Body Wash or Scrub with salicylic acid, and I thought no way. I bought a bottle of each just to see, and it did wonders for me.

I could not believe how fast it helped my existing acne (never had it real bad, limited to middle of my back), and it sure has seemed to help minimize reoccurence. Along with this I bought some clearasil/benzoyl peroxide for spot application and take B-5 in high doses similar to what is recommended in here, and I am acne free and much more confident.

I could not find the aformentioned acne thread, and I wanted to give some k to the original bro, cause the Neutrogena Wash and Scrub sure has helped. If anyone knows who this was, please let me know.
