What to use [age 16]

awesomeness

New member
Ok, so i'm age 16 and trying to gain bulk for the football season. We have just started lifting and i need to bulk up fast because, my pumps are weak as ever.
I'm 5'7 and i weigh 170 pounds. I could lose about 25 pounds of fat and i'm looking to gain muscle while staying lean.
I play tight end and defensive end so, if i could gain bulk that would be good

I've heard from friends Amp02/Creatine would be a good cycle to use, What is your opinion? and what products should i get?

bro the first thing you need to worry about is your diet. if you get a strick diet going now at your age and a proper training program you will put on good size no worries at all. what do you currently eat every day at the moment? and whats your current training program look like? this site is full of info use it wisley

Yes diet is At your age can make you a beast. You prob will just blow us all off but its true. Diet is key.

then get on a 5x5 training program to gain size. If you don't know what that is ask around.

Stay away from the Steroids, Prohormones, and Creatines. You don't need them at this point. Take in most of your calories from food and a good weight gainer. Also add a good multi-vitamin and amino acids.

^^ cept creatine is ok imo

remember anything that aromatizes or causes higher than normal estrogen levels including prohormones will stunt your growth --premature closure of ephiphyses (i m sure i mangled the spelling)

k i eat like no other.
i probably eat 5-10 pounds of food a day no joke. Like i said im trying to gain muscle mass and lose fat though.
currently imlifting monday-through wednesday 1:30 each session Bench, Lats, Deadlift, Squats, Jammer, Curling, Leg Lifts and leg curls Alternating between what day it is.
whats a 5x5?

its actually monday thru thursday
no i dont know a jake
football team sponsors it
thanks for the links
im looking for an all-natural or slightly not natural stack so i can obtain LEAN mass and then stack huge muscles on top

dont you have to be atleast 18 to join here :P

trust me dude, don't hit any supps till your a bit older.
Just lift regularly, and eat plenty (like you claim you do)
add in some Post Workout Shakes
and before you work out, shake up with an apple.
and rest bro
theres not much more you can do, you need a solid foundation for when you're older, don't rush anything

yes whey is worth taking, you should be drinking a protein shake immediately after workout to stop muscle catabolism

superpump will make you shit like no other (hence the term superdump) but i get decent pumps and crazy vascularity off of it...
get amp02 if it ships to your country, it's crazy for pre workout
and creatine at your age 5g pre 5g post is probably fine, also glutamine 3 teaspoons a day (morning empty stomach, post workout, and pre-bed) will help with muscle soreness of football workouts. other than that just make sure you are eating clean every 2 hours and sleeping at least 8 hours a day and you will become a beast.

Can somebody explain what is the 5x5 training program? pleaseeeee

5 sets of 5 reps of the various exercises you would use.

I am going to throw a bit of a spanner into the advice..........

Being that you are so young, I would recommend that you keep the rep ranges a bit higher, so do 3 sets of 10-15 reps of a slightly lighter weight, learn perfect form for all the old school compound exercises

1. Bench press
2. Military press
3. Squats
4. Dead lifts
5. Leg press
6. Bent over rows

There are a lot of young men that train in my gym, and I have trained with quite a few of them, guys bring their sons in.

You are still growing, and you will put on mass just learning how to train properly now. REALLY GOOD FORM is SO important.

You really don't want to injure yourself now. I started training at 16, and I have never had an injury from training as I learned how to train properly.

I think it was a bit easier to leave my ego at the door being a girl.

I would do the exercises I listed (only one for legs though each week), two or three times a week (your arms will get worked with this) for two or three months, consistently, and then try out a new workout routine..............
