what to say to doc, to get liver test?

what should i say to the doc, if i just wanted to get liver tested.
i think its called Liver function test?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. If you don't have a dr that you feel comfortable telling that you are on the sauce, get a new dr. They need to know what's going on so they can keeep an eye out for trouble. You can't be paranoid that they're going to expose you, it doesn't happen. The cops aren't going to get a court order to see your medical records because they really don't care if you are on gear or not.

I have worked for the insurance companies in the past and part of my job was to find reasons, ANY reason not to pay. This includes ANY illegal activity, including steroid use. Abscesses are a different matter bc they are bacterial infections. And don't bet on them not sharing the info. Docs are just not as free (or cool) as we once were to do what we felt was right.
