normal post workout rules apply...carbs and protein preferably liquid minimal fat...ideally you'd use glucose polymers and whey protein carbsrotein roughly 4:1
If I run CKD (ketosis), I'll have a scoop of protein with tbsp. of flaxseed oil about 20-30 min post cardio. Now, I really cannot say that there is a magic time frame for ingesting food after cardio because I've never seen any studies that pinpoint the cardio/food problem. (while in ketosis)
