Currently on week 12 of a cycle that is suppose to go for 20 weeks. Have noticed that gains have really started to slow down the last couple weeks.
So what would you guys do?
Up the calories, dosages, and keep going strong? Or come off and cruise for a few weeks before hitting it hard again?
Any other options or ideas out there?
