Dude Bunny is like the jesus of fitness. You ask you get a answer. When i first joined this site i was just browising shit. Then about 11 months later i just found it again in my favs i read Bunnys post on all her problems she had and the changes she made to her life and it was truely inspiring that someone could go through so much yet look on the positive side of life. It was one of the main reasons i decided to change the way i lived my life. People dont realise how much living healthy can change your life its mroe than just about losing a few pounds. I post alot on here and i praise Bunny whenever i can for the effort she puts in on this forum. Bunny gives advice and inspiration, its not just about giving abit of advice here and there she has truely changed my life for the better. (sorry i didnt want this to sound kiss ass but there was no other way to put it)

Oh and while im here (sorry Crossy), Bunny, what do you recommend for anxeity... I sometimes feel like im going to get a panic attack but it usually subsides (ive only had one, about 6 months ago). Ive started a new job, and moved, and some other stuff, so I guess im having some stress.

In all fairness m8, if you would have read some of the other posts i have done you will notice that i am joining on monday as a plat (due to all the help i have received) the delay has been due to me being a student.
Maybe i miss read? I thought you wre having apop at me being non plat?
