2 weeks ago, I think I pushed too much on my arm workout and injured some tendons in my forarm right below biceps. It seems that its healing but it starts to hurt again if I even try to lft something very light. What should I do besides resting, any drugs(no AS please, finished last cycle a month ago) to speed up the healing? Will these Glucosamine/Chrondoitin formulas help?
