What to do for TENDON injury?

2 weeks ago, I think I pushed too much on my arm workout and injured some tendons in my forarm right below biceps. It seems that its healing but it starts to hurt again if I even try to lft something very light. What should I do besides resting, any drugs(no AS please, finished last cycle a month ago) to speed up the healing? Will these Glucosamine/Chrondoitin formulas help?

Gluc and Chron won't work on tendons. It lubes joints. I can't think of anything (that really works) other than resting it.
 
Rest is about it. Glucosamine is used by the body to repair tendons and ligs. I used it heavily with my pec tear and noticed an improvement. Avoid the chrondoitin, it doubles the price and is not as easily used by the body.

You could always get some GH ...that helps rebuilt and repair connective tissue. Or just do what every one else said get some glucosamine and chondritin, ice it, take IB profen, rest it, and hopr for the best. Hope it gets better bro.

That may make you feel a lot better but it will defenatly prolong the healing process as well. Inflamation is used by the body to get blood flowing to a certian area and in turn promote healing, you kill that inflamation you halt or greatly slow the healing process. My suggestion would be to look into prolotherapy, it has worked wonders for me.
