What to do for bacne?

I'm seem to be getting a case of bacne with this cycle. Nothing to terrible, but it's there, just the same. What do some of you out there do about it? And, give me something I can get otc. Prescription stuff does me no good.

Have your girl wash your back with a brush twice a day. Any otc soap will work. Change your shirt often.

I'm prone to bacne too, going to the tanning bed a couple times a week for 10 or so minutes dries them right up.

accutane. plain and simple. Don't waste your money on soaps, vitamins and the like in hopes of curing your steroid induced acne. If you were suffering from acne otherwise, i'd say sure, try those, but steroids causes the glands to grow and excrete more oil, meanwhile, bacteria is getting the pores clogged and here comes your bacne. Run about 20mgs-50mgs of accutane for the first several weeks until you dry out (everyday). Once you begin to clear up, reduce your dose around 20-25 or even 50mgs every other day throughout the rest of your cycle. You might have to experiment with the dosing to get it right, as each person is different. there are plenty of cheap research accutane out there that will do the job. I think, the last time I checked, ag-guys have the best mg for price that I have seen.

Sparetire has the right idea, you will spend the next year or more trying to clear it up and you WON'T, accutane is the only thing that works properly.

Only thing I would say is that your bacne will get worse, mine did even after 5 months, I thought it wasn't working then at the end of the 5 months hey presto, started to clear big time, then nothing, not one single blackhead or pimple at all.
This is the best thing I could have ever done.

One thing you should preper yourself for is very dry skin, i.e eyes(get eyedrops), lips (get chapsticks keep them in your car at home and at work). Other that that give it a go. You shouldnt regret it.
