yo bros i need some advice, i placed aorder wit my source, its domestic, it came today but i was not home, its a restricted package like he always sends it, but my bro was home n asked to take it the mailman said no i neeed id, which is fine, but my bro said the package was black like it was leaking something, and the mailman said its leaking something i duno whats in it, now then he told my bro that i would hav eto come into the post office mondy to get the package, now when they return it to the post office can they open it to see whats in it since it is leaking or it leaked and what not? what r the chances they would do that, and what would u guys do... any help would be nice thanks guys... this has never happend before in the past from my source...

i would just call the post office on monday and anonomously ask what they're procedure is in a case like that. anyway, that's probably what i would do if no one seems to answer your question. later

If it isn't all that much money then I would personally just forget about it, although I wouldn't think they could go into the package just because it was leaking. If you do go be sure to wait a week or so at least.

Maybe this is incorrect, but I think that they could open it if they suspected something harmful was leaking out of the package. But if the mailman was handling the package I guess he wasnt too worried about it. However, I'm assuming since the package was leaking, that is why you have to pick it up.
Again, I dont know if I am correct, but I have to admit.. I would be a little worried, not that they are going to come and break down your door. you didnt sign for anything and you can say you were not expecting a package.

I dont think that I would do this... How many packages at your post office do you think that have that is leaking?

Man, I wish I could give you some good advice here, but you are just going to either take the loss, or try and pick it up.
If you go to the post office to pick the item up and they say something about it leaking, say "where is the package from" once they tell you, kind of feel them out, because if something is about to happen they will be nervous as well. Then if things look funny just say I don’t know who that is or what it is and say that can’t be mine, I wasnt expecting anything.
Otherwise if everything looks fine get it and ruuuuuunnnnnnnnnn!!!! J/k, just be cool about it and if they say something about it say" My grandmothers special syrup must have broken"

lol yaa can anyone help me out, there gotta be some mailmen on this boarddd, lol i already thought of keepin the car running and have my running shoes on, but they got my addy haha, i duno what imma do guys, i tracked it just to see what it says and it said it was attempted deverliy to my address and a notice was left, and i can go pick it up or it can be redelievered, but the mailman told my bro that i would have to pikc it up...
