i always pinned a muscle i was getting ready to work just before i worked it. preferably one that was lagging. 25mg var is really low. caps are easy to split. take a scoop of apple sauce and dump the cap into the apple sauce, mix it up really good and half the amount. just do 1 cap at a time per day. it doesnt have to be perfect and you are still keeping the same daily dose. the other way to split it is to just dump the cap and eye it up using a razor like a junkie. then just put the dose you want in water and drink it. the cap does nothing and is not needed.
