What time do yall prefer to workout?

MY SCHEDULE IS ALWAYS MESSED UP SO I LIFT AT DIFFERENT TIMES. WHEN DO YALL LIFT???
 
I have been working out first thing in the morning for 2 reasons.
1-I seem to get better pumps first thing in the morning.
2-There is hardly anyone there at 6am so there is no one there to bother me.

ditto that.

up at 5:15. i hit some whey with along with ultra fuel and take NYC. I also drink an ultrafuel as i work out. I get the best gym experience this way. Pumps are great

Test is also at it's highest levels in the morning when you wake up.
 
when I was in the Navy I used to lift right after I got to work, that was like 5 to 6 in the morning and really enjoyed it. I always felt strong and motivated in the morning.

Now I have a wife and kids and I usually don't get to it until after 7:00 PM and I usually feel drained.

I am really considering going back to the morning workout. I just have to force my lazy ass out of bed.

just got to get to bed early. im in bed by 9:30-10:00 every night to wake up at 5:15

My test levels are high all day when I'm on 500mg of Enanthate. :D

I prefer to workout later in the evening around 6:00 or 7:00, I have more food in my stomach by then, I feel much stronger. I'm not much of a morning person.
 
I wish I could lift in the morning. I get to the gym at 5am to do cardio, but have to be showered and out the door at 6 for an hour ride to DC. Then off work around 5 and back to the gym. Not much of a life but I wouldn't have it any other way.

Lifting early would rule, cause there is very few people in at that time, and if I warmed up with a few minutes of cardio I would be primed and ready to go. But that would only leave me with about 30 minutes to lift in, no good. So it is in the afternoons with the rest of the mob.
 
i figure the earlier you lift, the more time you have to feed your muscles all day. If you work out later in the evening , you can get a couple meals in after then 8 hours of sleep with no food.

This is all in theory. Most people that work late still make great gains.
 
I much prefer evenings. The reason why is that the gym is empty earlier on, so there is no atmosphere and it's sleepy and unmotivating.

I also don't enjoy the people earlier on. It's full of housewives and men who look like they're there because their doctor told them to go.

In the eveings the beautiful people come out. It's motivating having good physiques around because it inspires me to work harder. The view is better while resting between sets too.

With more people around (but not a crowd) the atmosphere in the gym is more energetic. People are less moody than first thing in the morning.

I also forgot to mention another important reason why I workout in the morning,I am currently using insulin post workout along with my cycle.I like to make sure I am awake for as long as possible after taking a shot of slin!
 
I always go before 3pm or after 7pm. Can't stand a packed gym. Skinny ass pansy mutherfuckers in their designer gym clothes. Go home or stick to your machines. Stay away from my free weights.


Sorry just ranting a bit. I was once a skinny ass punk too.lol
 
I get up at 3am,drink a protein shake,coffee,stimulant and look the boards over.work out at 4am.to drained after working all day
to do it at night.
