What the longest cycle that you have been on?

Where does the threshold lie? At what point is it harmful to your body? What concerns should i have if i go on a 6 month cycle?

I know these are very vague questions and obviously there are many variables at work here(types of AAS, amount, etc..), however, answer it according to your cycle and your body. I just want to get a general consensus.
 
I have been on for the last 6 months. Not on a full cycle. I did a 16 week cycle and then been chilling on test prop ever since then.
 
ps:

the evidence leans that time on = time off
but feel its more like time on should = time off and a half do to PCT and clearance of past metabolites
 
18 months. just had blood work, had to drop the tren for a bit since my kidneys were a bit stressed. Test is my base and I switch what I run with it every couple of months.
 
I don't believe that time on = time off for many reasons.

First reason being, if your cycle was 4-5 weeks only, 4-5 weeks is not enough for your body to recover and get ready for another one.....that's my opinion...I think you need at least 12 weeks for your body to be ready for another cycle.

Also, if you have been on for 6 months, do you stop for 6 months?
 
over 2 years now test all the time then i keep changing from winny tren halo now eq and adding d-bol in 2 week also i just talked to my doc he knows im on test and he has no problem with test i wont have any problems till im in my 50s and he said when i want to stop he will perscribe me test and have me ween off and watch my test leveles cool doc huh

I was kinda wondering along the same lines. I was reading where your receiptor can actually be clogged and not respond as well as with some time off.

So i was wondering how much time you would actually need off after doing a cycle and is there anything you can do on your off time to clean your receptors faster. Someone was telling me to take creatine on my off time to help clean me out so I'll be fresh to go when i cycle again. But hell I dunno.
I was gonna ask as my cycle came to a close but i guess now is as good as any

certain AAS are even purported to upregulate AR's.... this is kinda a BS statement. at a certain point many of us realize that going off entirely is a sure fire way to ride the up and down roller coaster of gaining/loosing. not to mention the mental torture, all the SERMS, and shit we have to process (and the negative health effects of a hormonal roller coaster)... going OFF can mean on HRT dose....which can give the receptors a break.. .so i guess its just what you mean by OFF... creatine is surely NOT the way to keep all your gains and body composition the way it is while on.
 
something like 25 weeks

took 2 months off

now i'm finishing a 20 weeker

i know my body, keep in mind i take relatively low doses

my body doesn't like powerful 6 week surges, lean and gradual for me

i can monitor everything closely

and i feel great.

i suggest blood work, after my 25 weeker i was fine - did NOT get endo done, but i felt more than recovered with PCT
