What the hell!

What is with this damn board anymore? I am sick of seeing newbie after newbie come in looking for cycle advice only to be told your too young or you have no experience. If a kid is too young I agree with informing him of that, but at least answer the damn question. If a guy hasn't worked out in awhile don't give the bullshit answer of you need to work out more first. People come here for a reason...to get the answers they can't get on the street. In most cases they are going to go and get the crap they want anyways so why not answer honestly so they don't screw their bodies up more in the long run. When did this become the moral compass board. We all know what we are doing here and I would guess they're really only a handful of guys here that compete and are truly body builders. I just want to this board back to the way it was when I joined. I see some really good answers to questions on here and a TON of crap.

Bring the red bitches, I could give 2 shits. Most of you will probably agree with what I am saying, the good ones anyways!

not going to red you--just respectfully disagree. every bro has the right to say what he--or she for that matter deem appropriate and helpful. at the same time, some bros believe that there is a responsibility to discourage behavior where they believe the risk outweighs the reward. there are others like you that think they will do it anyway, so help them do it correctly.

you are free to give your advice as I am free to give mine--I do not have an obligation to encourage the use, or manner of use, of something I do not believe is proper, have not done myself, or have any real knowledge or understanding regarding it. So even though I could probably put together a decent cycle for an 18 yo, I do not have the obligation to simply because I belong to this board.

the moral compass is individual--not a group one. you do as you see fit and i will do as i see fit.

Most of the answers given are sound. There is no need to be angry.
If an 18 year old wants to know what kind of cycle he should run, most of us will stop him in his tracks right there for HIS own safety.

IMO, The correct answer is You ARE too young. Keep lifting natty for 4 or 5 more years and exhaust the majority of your natural growth potential.
If he want's to do a cycle anyway, that's his business, but I'm going to tell guys like that too wait.

I agree with your assessment completely and don't want to see kids at that age hitting the sauce. I guess I am just having a hard time figuring where to draw the line between and informative board and a big brother syndrome.

Well, there's a difference between being a big brother and "being" big brother, i.e. the government. I think it's a good idea to exercise caution, especially with these younger guys. I tried to get juice when I was 17, didn't work out, thank god! Then I tried again when I was in my early twenties.. still wasn't ready and circumstances helped me out again. The truth is that some kids do have access to stuff they shouldn't be using. But, I can see what you are saying for the fact that IF they are going to do it anyway, might as well be safe and know a bit about it.

There is enough information to get quite educated on running a cycle.

If you really want to find out, It's all over the net. Why ask us.

I think most of these guys are indirectly, asking us for permission.

It's like a 15 year old trying to get a bottle of Whiskey. It's our responsibility to say NO, not yet. He can still get it, but not with my assistance.

If in 10 years my son comes to a board like this when he is 18. I hope the people would at least first tell him the truth and what is right first. I would hope they would at least try to set the right facts out there for him first. Then give him the advice he needs after. Is giving the right advice wrong? Is telling some one what you believe to be the best thing for them and the truth wrong? If this person dos not care about what is right. If they have no regard for what is best for there body and development. Whats that say about this person any way? If they are already willing to bypass the first peace of advice you have given them to keep them safe,to help them. Ask yourself whats that mean?

If some one is 18 and dead set on using juice no matter what any one says. What else
is he willing to do no matter what any one of us say? Myself I still give them the best advice I can give them if they are dead set on using. If I know they are going to use no matter what I will give them the advice I give every one else. I only hope they don't take that advice and do the same thing they did with the first peace of advice given to them.

I agree 100%. Telling every newbie to "diet and work out naturally" is bs and hypocritical for a steroid forum. Tell the noobs what they want to know.

Everybody here is free to answer a question any way they want. Instead of telling other people how they should answer questions, how about you just answer them yourself your way.

i agree. I will always advise them to wait afew years til natural growth potential is lower. But i will tell them how to not fuck them self up, like i almost did 7 years ago. Ran 900mg of test on my first cycle at 18. I didnt know wtf i was doing. I wish i had a board like this for sum1 to tell me 900mg is absurd for a first cycle.

The honest answer to the question "What kind of cycle would you design for a 19-year-old" is "NONE."

I don't see what is so confusing about that.

Please take notice that in my original post I clearly state I agree with telling kids that they should stay away from steroids while still very young. My whole point here was to tell them the correct information and let them make their own decision. Most of them do not have the patience to sift through all the posts and do the research. I am 31, do you all remember when you were 18 and patience was a lost word in your vocabulary?

if a newbie comes onto the board and is either a) dissuaded by people telling them that theyre too young or b) unable to find the answer to possibly the most commonly asked question on the bodybuilding interwebs, then imo they have no business going anywhere near steroids because their level of committment sucks
