What the hell is she trying to pull on me?

So this girl Ive been seeing calls me Sunday night saying how she feels really sick asks what does a visit to the hospital cost. Shes crying some but doesnt ask me to come over, but since Im a great guy I offer to go see her, with a prego test for my own peace of mind. So she pops neg. on the prego test but her stomach still feels like holy hell, shes even shaking some when she cries. I start talking about stupid stuff and try to make her laugh and cheer her up and sure enough after about 10 minutes I cant even tell she was even sick since she was smiling and even laughed a little. She asked me to get her a shake from Jack in the Box but decides to go with me where we yuck it up in the drive through. Basically she goes from not knowing what the hell is wrong with her body to laughing and joking with me in my truck, all in about 30 minutes. I cant help but think she did it for drama and tried to pull one over on me, its got psycho bitch written all over it. What do you guys think?

Since I know nothing about the girl, I'll give her the benefit of the doubt. She might have been really stressed out over something and this was causing her stomach to feel upset. You coming over could have taken her mind off things and made her feel better.

I'd just see what happens. If she continues to do things like this, I'd get worried. It could be a one time thing.
