WHat the H*** is up with SESAPURE??

didnt help my cholesterol while on var.

I have a questionj about the sesapure and libido, i saw a post about it causing a loss in libido due to its effect on free test....whats the story on that? Have you had any problem with that?
 
it does not lower test, it may increase SHBG at high doses because other lignans can, though that has not been established in this case and is still in question.

if your test is low probably due to your age (beleive you said 40-50) or your anavar cycle.
 
started the combo in last few weeks of dieting phase before beginning bulk cycle.....dropped 7 libs in a pinch.....it definitely works WITH your diet and training.....not in place of....

now in bulk cycle, i halved the dose, but can still tell it has blunted fat growth....i can measure on those devices all day, but the mirror displays the best results IMO.....and it supports seas/gluc gleefully

can't wait till cutting cycle!!
 
I ma thinking about ordering some. Whats the daily dosage? How many bottles should I order? I want to run it for about 8 weeks. Thanks

dosage varies, typically 2-6 caps per day. 120 caps per bottle. 2-3 bottles for 8 weeks of use.
 
my results at 6 to 8 caps per day.....

to say i am disappointed is an understatement.

however beleive that your concerns were addessed in another thread. ie. that if you lost no weight it was likely related to calorie excess. However may be mistaken.


as a note- Even DNP will not cause fat loss if you eat much over maintance cals. ie if maintance is 2400 and you get a 30% metabolic increase from DNP (generous number because of lowered activity- which typically lowers maintanance cals) then if you eat over 3120 cals you wont lose fat. 700 cals is quite easy to consume if you are not dieting

now when it comes to inhibiting fat gain, the benefits of sesapure are quite prevalent in a calorie excess environment.
 
generally no, but shifts in metabolism can affect the digestive system. Usually because of disturbance of stomach flora, eating yogurt (with live cultures) or taking acidophilus, pro-dophilus(bacteria blend), etc will alleviate such issues (if present).
 
okay, thanks. I've felt more heat in general, although I've not noticed any size reduction as yet, so I suppose it's doing something. I'll try the acidophilus. :)
 
also, I'm not really eating a high protein diet as such, but I take 1-2 glucorell before each meal with carbs, so am I creating a high protien-like situation?
 
not particularly, it was just mentioned as another possible cause (as many here often increase protein intake as part of dieting/training regimin) but as noted above glucorell and sesapure increase metabolic rate and cause a metabolic shift. This can disturb flora (as can most significant changes- like adding high protein). So pro-biotics, to help restore the good bacteria would also be indicated if this is the case.

Also, how long should I give it before I decide whether this is helping me lose weight? (I haven't lost anything as yet that I wouldn't have lost before.)
 
does seaspure really control acne and lower cholesterol? I thought it was a weight loss product so that is why i dont take it when I use test and tren

its really depends on the cause, generally that fat is due to estrogenic influence- so yohimburn may be the better choice. But that fat can also be due to insulin issues, where sesapure/glucorell would be more effective. But again, most likely yohimburn es is the better choice. (of course it can also be a combination of those to influences)
 
It appears either Sesapure Or Glucorell agravates fever blisters? When I took I got two over a four week period (Usually get one once a year in the fall). When I stopped taking I have not gotten any more.

The NO products do the same due the the L-Arginine being a great environment for herpetic virus

Have you seen this or have any clue?
 
well glucorell has anti-viral activity. there is no known mechanism by which sesapure would cause aggravation, in fact it should also decrease recurrance as it mediates arachidonic acid synthesis.

hydration could be a factor. they are metabolic stimulants and can increase water needs. Humidity this year has been down in the southern half of the united states, so that may be a factor as well.

But these are just some educated guesses as to secondary causation, there is no direct link (as noted above, the opposite)
 
Thanks, I will try it again. Only one product at a time to see if I can isolate what causes it or if it is just a coincidence that they appeared during the time I was using it. Also use Cardio Breeze and Thermorexin but have continued with them and have not seen any new activity once I stopped Sesapure and Glucorell.

Will also increase H2O intake. Could be the culprit I have to consciously drink or I fall below requirements.

The b*tch is dealing with the blisters when they appear. Not fun, even only once per year.
 
could be the metabolic stress combined with the insufficient water intake. Though please update on use of each separately, be sure to keep water intake up. interested to hear your results and perhaps figure out if its related (you know could just be you were more stressed or your immune system down from dieting, etc..--- perhaps exacerbated by increased metabolism and insufficient water intake-- just some rambling thoughts on the matter--- immune response is complex so its likely a couple of factors, not just one- though one may be more a factor than the others).

as a note- HSV is a tricksy virus, the way it like to play hide and seek making it difficult to deal with.
 
I'm on sesapure 6 caps daily and YES for abt 10 days now and my lil tub of fat in lower abs region and love handles are practically gone!!

My diet are usual:
7am - steam chick breast, grilled salmon and a cup of oats
11am - turkey breast, brocolli, banana
3pm - steam chick breast, letteuce, apple
6pm - Roast beef, rice, salmon
7.30pm - GYM!
10.30pm - Tuna with onions and wheat bread

And now, the fats are literally gone and I can see and feel my 6 pack finally! Before tat, although i was on the same diet, i could never melt thos stubborn fats away.

This stuff really IS fucking voodoo magic man!!

macro I have always used levorex + t-rex + YES for cutting .

I was saving the sesapure for when bulking ( which I should start soon ) .

But from what I see sesapure looks stronger/more effective than levorex !??! Should I be using sesapure instead of levorex EVEN when cutting ?

sesapure is quite potent in its effects. its effective during cutting as well as lean bulking, its generally more potent in lean bulking. . (it ability to enhance fat loss is not always as potent as its ability to inhibit fat gain).

its effects are different than levorex, though it can be used in its place or stacked with it.
 
oh Cool , I understand .

I will save the sesapre for when I am bulking , it will fit perfectly because of my goals , my bulking will be very controlled .

I mean I will probably go no higher than 3200 cals . I don't want to gain one OUNCE of fat during this bulker .

I will update for sure bro , just trying to lose these DAMN LAST 14 POUNDS , but of course those are the MOST difficult ones to lose , shit when I was 239 pounds and 90 % body fat LOL , I was dropping fat like there was no tomorrow , now that I am down to 214 , I am starting to STRUGGLE .

I need to reach 200 before I start my cycle , I don't want to take more than 5 weeks to lose that . I will update for sure , sesapure will be used during the whole cycle . I am still deciding if I go 12 or 16 weeks . Probably 16 weeks total , 12 weeks lean bulking , then , last 4 weeks , switch to cutting :) .

still think you might benefit from a short term raise in calories, even just 5 days to over maintainance cals. calorie cycling can help break metabolic plateau's and may help with your "worn" feeling as well.
 
I will do that , after I reach 210 . I am 214.5 lbs right now .

Say my BMR is 2500 , how much should I increase ? 3000 cals for 5 days ?

Can I gain any fat in such a short period ?? I guess no right ?

Just finished my first bottle on bulking cycle at about 4000 calories a day. I have gained 10 lbs so far and my waist size has stayed the same. I feel like I'm getting leaner while bulking. Its amazing stuff!

Did a look in the mirror and ab pinch confirm fatloss during the bulking cycle? If so, that is pretty amazing
