I can't believe this stuff!
1. I have been taking it just less than a week and only consuming 1 cap when I eat a meal...Not with Protien shake.

2. I have had to reduce my fiber intake (Fiber tabs with PT shakes so I can stay regular) It seems that regularity is fine even without extra fiber with the PT shakes.

3. I don't "FEEL" anything at all.

4. My bulking diet has not changed at all.

5. I seemed to have misplaced 6 lbs. I was holding steady at 262 but now it seems that 256 is my "end of day weight" which is usually my heaviest.

don't know yet what excactly the weight loss is yet...I am going to keep using Sesapure to see what kind of noticable transformation comes about; either visably or on the calipers!

Yesterday I got on the scale at night and weighed 258.
Today I ate:
6:00am 2 cups oatmeal w? cinnimon and raisins and splenda(made with skim milk) and a MRP Per Serving Value Calories 290 Calories from Fat 30 Total Fat 4g Saturated Fat 2g Carbohydrate 20g Sugars 4g Protein 45g Made with 12 oz Skim milk

9:00 am 4 whole boiled eggs w/ 2 whole pickles and a teaspoon of mayo

12:00 noon about 12 oz of venison with about 2 cups of Baked French Fries and some ketchup. Only concerned with protien (shade over 100g)

3:00 pm another MRP shake Per Serving Value Calories 290 Calories from Fat 30 Total Fat 4g Saturated Fat 2g Carbohydrate 20g Sugars 4g Protein 45g Made with 12 oz Skim milk

5:00pm 4 whole boiled eggs 2 pickles with teaspoon mayo

7:30pm A plate full of spagetti Using lean ground beef (don't have a clue as to the values

After 1 visit to the toilet late this evening...I tipped the scale tonight at 257!
WTF is up with that? I am either going to be one lean MF or I'm going to be sickly thin after a while of this.LOL
 
typical nutsoid stuff. got real pissed and miserable because of this "thing" in my neck that is preventing me from training.

so over the course of 2 days, I ate:
4 slices of bacon cheeseburger pizza, 4 krispy kreme donuts, 3 packs of those little chocolate donut gems (i have a thing for donuts), pack of Dark Chocolate dipped Nantucket cookies from Archway(?), cheese fries, some of that peanut chinese food (can't remember, it's noodles and has a peanut sauce thing going), some chicken and dumplings from the chow hall, some BBQ ribs, mashed potatoes and gravy, and then 3 pancakes and the "Meat Lover's Skillet" from Denny's

kept gluco and sesa with me, 2 or 3 per "gorging".

So today I wake up, take a shower, get ready to eat some normal person food (oatmeal + protein powder) and I glance in the mirror, somewhat afraid.

hahaha...vascularity.

no blubber, no water retention, but a pissload of vascularity. Too goddamned funny man. I swear AF puts some strange voodoo shit in this stuff macro.

once i hit about 12%, i'm going to try an "experiemental bulk" where i just eat fucking everything I get near, lift super hard, and go through a bottle of sesa and gluco every 3 or 4 days.

I just want to see what happens.
 
I don't know what process that my body went through during the first week of use, but I dropped 9 lbs without dieting...I actually am still eating as if on a bulking cycle. Keeping Protien high, but still eating pretty much anything that I want.

But it seemes as if the quick wight loss has stopped. I have been holding at 0 lbs down for 3 days now. I was starting to get worried.

I still do not have to take as much "extra fiber pills" with my PT shakes as I used to. So it does have that benifit also.
I am going to keep it up for several months and I will be interested to see how it effects my cutting cycle that is coming up.
 
From the posts, it seems that this would work perfect with the fat burner kit. Is it ever going to be offered with that kit ? Pre Shade it.

Also, will any of the fat burner kit products have any neg interaction with my xanax that I take daily ? I am prescribed 2mg daily for anxiety. Thanks again.

F U bastards....Im like the 1 in 1000 who is allergtic to the shit...I can however take it mon-wed..I lay off before the weekend, as it makes me feeel like shit, and kind if become flush..However it does work
 
how it increases fat loss/decreases fat gain:

1. increases UCP-2 (uncoupling protein- your natural version of DNP)

2. decreases lipogenic enzymes including fatty acid synthtase, sterol regulatory element binding protein-1 , acetyl-CoA carboxylase, ATP-citrate lyase and glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase.

So is this stuff supposed to be better than Trex? Because I think I am the only MFer who didnt seem to react at all to Trex. And I thought it was supposed to kill your appetite.
 
its different, some will find it better. its not a stimulant/energy enhancer like thermorexin.

they both affect metabolism, though SesaPURE's effects are completely from metabolic shift and ppar-alpha agonism. Thermorexin's are mostly due to CNS and downstream CNS effects.
 
i got some sesapure and thermorexin on the way, never used either, only used ther glucorell....i think those three with my tren, IGF, and hGH will do me right!!

Not sure. Im doing a 16 week bulker on a clean diet with test500/eq600/tren75/winny60 (the last two are weeks 8-16 while the test and eq are entire cycle).

Looking to go from 170lbs at 15%bf to 190lbs and 11%bf (if not better)
what do you recommend? When do you NOT take seasapure and the Glucorell-R ?

thats a pretty signifcant change, you are looking to put on 24lbs of lean mass and lose about 5lbs of fat. So diet and training are going to have to be pretty solid

both sesapure and glucorell would be well suited to aid in that lean bulk goal.
 
I still like the Sesapure...I have only been taking it before meals but not with my protien shakes.
I've been using it along with T-rex (trex for staying awake at college) and I am still impressed.
Today is my last day of the Trex and I will start on the Cardio breeze for 2 weeks so I wont get accustomed to either one.
I'll let you know how it pans out.
 
Hey Mac, I got a question for ya bro.

I got some LiquiClen on hand with some L-Taurine (im kinda timid to try T3). I also have some CardioBreeze and YES on the way. I just order some Seasa because of the feedback on the board along with some Thermorex.

Now, heres my delima. I just finished up week 7 of what was a planned 12 week Test520/Deca500 per week cycle, and due to complications with my source it looks like I am either going to have to skip at least a week and try to pick back up asap, or I can just stop right here and go into a cutting regimine which I had planned post-cycle anyway... just not this soon.

I have put on 26 pounds in the last 3.5 months, so overall I am already happy with the gains that I have gotten. I have more gear on the way, but my source is slow. When I get my next shipment I will have enough to finish up the current cycle I am on, plus enough for one full one for a later date.

So, should I hold out and miss a week and possibly a little more to try and pickup on this cycle and finish it out? Or should I go right into my PCT and begin cutting?

I have been injecting every Sat and Wed 320Test/250Deca, so tomorrow I am due. i MAY have enough test in there for 1 more... I do have enough Deca, but I may have to cut the Test a little short because I really dont think there is that much left in there.


If youre reply is cutting, then based upon the products that I already have and what should be arriving in the next few days, what would be your best proposed method to shed as much bodyfat as possible. The only real places I have on my body that have unwanted fat are around my lower abs, love handles and just a little bit on my chest. You can not find fat anywhere else on my body. It is extremely difficult for me to do abb work due to some major lower back issues that I have (too long to go into detail in this long of a post)

Right now I am 27 6'2", 208 and just below 10% bodyfat. I really want to get down to 5 or so again. When I started lifting I was 6.2% BF 3.5 months ago.

I will have to change my diet and training routine obviously, because I have been trying to bulk. I am unsure on my average caloric intake per day, but I have been eatting 4-5 healthy meals a day, coupled with at least 2 supplement shakes per day. I am pretty sure that by searching around in the diet section here I can find the material I need there to perform an efficient cutting cycle.

However there is so much information out there on Clen and various other products, but I have been really unable to find anyone with specific experience doing some sort of regimine with all the products that I have listed.

Suggestions? ;)

you can continue or begin PCT, not really a huge deal. Either way is fine.

Now, as far as stacking. There are a LOT of options. Sesapure, YES and l-taurine can and should be run throughout. You can stack either CB or thermorexin with the clen (or both- the CB in the AM and thermorexin later). You can run them all separately (though the clen lethargy can be debilitating, so this is not the "best" choice)

Run the clen for 2-3 weeks with 3-4 weeks break. (how you stack/alternate is personal, though can be based on the above suggestions)

I posted this in a seperate section, but wanted to get some more looks at it (specifically from you Mac) and see what you thought.

there is no need to taper the clen... run it up and then run it "hard" (relative to comfort) until it stops working- which should be between day 14 and day 21.

have you taken clen before?

taurine looks good, though would probably go with 5 grams.

No Mac, I have never taken Clen before. From all my research it sounds like really funky stuff. Im not sure if I can get up to 100mgs on my first go-round but thats my tenative plan.

If you think 5 grams of taurine is best... that stuffs pretty cheap so I can definitely do that without any difficulties.

It seems like every person that I've discussed Clen with has taper'd it back down (and most example cycles I have looked at look about the same). But you suggest slowly goin from 20 up to 100 or higher if possible from days 1-14 ?

though if taking clen also highly reccomend ALCAR, its cardio protective and clenbuterol has been shown to be apoptic in cardiac cells (at doses comparable to higher end human use).

My only update is for Cardio breeze. I am having to take a double dose to feel what I feel while one T-rex. I know they are 2 different products, but I guess I was hoping for more bang for the buckLOL.
Still liking the Sesapure. I don't know if all of the other things that you guys say it can do actually works, but I am extremely impressed with the dieting issues of it. I still can't figure out the "fiber effects" that I am experiencing. I usually took between 6 to 8 fiber tabs per day (625 mg polycarbaphil each) to stay regular on a high protien diet since I can't eat greenery other that tiny bits of lettuce and green beans.
Anyway, even with drinking 3 shakes per day at 65mg minimum PT...I have not needed the extra fiber...I found out quickly that I did not want the extra fiber while using the Sesapure LOL!
But on a good note, I do NOT feel dehydrated in the least. I am still giving it good marks! :garza:

Also, I have a little delima on my hands. I believe I have talked to you before about it. I just finished up week 7 of a planned 12 week Test520/Deca500 stack and due to complications with my source I was unable to get the rest of my gear to finish up my current run.

Over the past 4 months I have gained 25 pounds and added 4% bodyfat. Now, I got word this morning that the rest of my order had been shipped and should be here within the next week.

I took my last injection on Wed the 8th and it was half of my regular bi-weekly injection... so I took Test130mgs/Deca125mgs.

Now, I am already happy with my gains thus far.
Just to refresh your mind, here are my stats:
27
206 pounds
10.4% bodyfat.
Currently still eatting a bulking-based diet of approx 4k cals per day.
Lift 4 days a week, in a hybrid circuit-style manner to incorporate a little cardio in with each workout, however no individual cardio workouts thus far.

So, im fairly happy with where I am right now... I could either end right here and go straight into the above listed cutting regimine. Or I could pick up later this week with when my gear gets here and finish up these last 5 weeks, then cut while doing my PCT.

Im on the fence on what route to take. Also, would you recommend possibly just ending the Deca here and continuing to use the Test for a few more weeks and go ahead and begin cutting?

I've never been in a situation like this before, so just looking for some educated guidance.

you could continue bulking, though with emphasis on lean bulk

you could continue the cycle and shift to "cutting" to maintain the greatest lean muscle mass.

you could stop now and begin PCT and cutting

all are acceptable options, its really a matter of your preference and where exactly you are and want to be physique wise.


as far as your question on glucorell, with meals dosage 1 cap per 30-50 grams of carbs.

I am currently in week (2) of Clen/t3

Clen has been working very well.

I will definitely post my unbiased opinon of the two above products I have purchased.
I will be using them as directed.

because of the cardiac apoptosis effects of clenbuterol, IMO, ALCAR is the least measure that should be taken.

Taurine looks good. You will also want to add potassium and magnesium (bananas are good sources of both), they can also be supplemented

its miserable, feel your pain. Worst thing about that type of injury is that most of the time its something rediculous like reaching for a pen or some small object and its just as miserable when you do it while doing something "worthy" like heavy stiff legged deads but just seems a lot more unjust.

Finaally got a second to post the bp experiment i was doing.

During 10 days.... my bp went down an everage of 7.75 per day on the top side and 3.5 on the lower number. I would of liked to take the results over a longer period of time but i cant take my bp 3x per day each day.

I was monitoring in morning noon and evenings.
Dose was 5 pills of Sesapure per day. End results were 131/85
Sesa was built up in system be4..however i had discontinued them for about 1 week prior to these "tests". Im continuing taking it....and will try to take my bp at least 2x week for a few weeks and see where we are at in a few weeks.

FUCK! I feel that pain man. I got a grade A slip disk in my spine. I think its called Spondylosis (Spinal Osteoarthritis) or somehting. Its right above my ass. I can squat 400lbs without my back hurting me at all but I can't vaccum the fucking rug or I could end up on the floor paralyzed. Thats no joke, its happend. Its the weirdest thing, it only acts up at the most stupidest times.

Guess I can't vaccuum anymore... suh-weet-ah!

hahaha. Its sad how we pull the good from such a shitty situation. Because of my back and having multiple face-plant occurances while loading and/or unloading the dishwasher... I never do dishes, period! Sometimes when im bent over at just the right, well more like wrong angle heh my back just smooth gives the fuck out. Ive gone crashing down onto the dishwasher door multiple times.

I have to admit, I get a lil smile on my face when I see my wife doing the dishes all the time now, lol.

Jeez...i had that only one day and that was when i took the pressure the wrong way ( upside down).

Well see what happens when i continue taking it untill i run out. Hopefully it will get even lower.

was going to say that seemed like an excessive change but??? (could happen) the "per day" kind of skewed the interpretation
