What the F**k is goin on with me

Last week i had lost 3 pds and strength was a little up. Today i was up 4 pds but strength was a little low. The workout was real bad.

This juice shit is really fuckin with my head. 3 more shots and i'm done for now.
 
What are you taking? and plus whenever I am on, things seem to go up and down a lot of times depending on my sleep patterns, diet, stress/mood etc... I am sure if you look at some of these you might be able to pinpoint whats going on elsewhere in your life that could be having an effect. Also, with the weight might be holding more water one day then the next. Lot of factors that play in and I hear ya when you say it messes with your head but just find out whats going on and re-adjust (also some advice after cycling a few times i dont hit the scale anymore because If i feel good and look good I dont see a purpose in what I am weighing at) Good luck with the rest of your cycle

Thanks for the advice Big. I think you might be right. I'm goin through a terrible time in my personal life right now. Its a real challenge to even get my togther in the gym through my workouts. My sleep patterns are fucked up due to stress and although i'm eating good but stress also kills my appetite.

I hope things get better before i pull my .38 and shoot myself in the head.
 
I hear ya bro, I think all of us go through some shit now and again but things will get better and after cycle just push as hard as ya can to keep what you worked hard to gain. I have gone through a lot it seems and after awhile i found working out and the gym to be one thing that helped me to get away from the bullshit.

I have been using the gym for therapy all of my life. One thing about the weights..you get something back for your time. Sometimes things go wrong in our lives, I could tell ya some hair raising stories. Things always worked out.
 
Dude, If it ever gets to the point your fellin like pickin up the .38, pick up the 50lbs dumbells instead.. work off alittle frustration and then come talk to the bro's. nothin is worth ending it. plz tell us your just talkin here.
