What Supplements Should I Be Using?

I WAS WONDERING WHAT TYPE OF SUPPLEMENTS I SHOULD BE USING? I JUST STARTED WEIGHT TRAINING. HOW SHOULD I BE TRAINING?

Try reading the training and supplement boards...
 
LOL @ Canuck... You might want to look into ALA, VitaminC, and other forms of Protein powder...

If you just started training, you should probably take it easy... go through the motions your first week or two... get accustomed to lifting the weights. Once you feel comfortable, you can start to ADD the weight. Hell, even getting a personal training for 2 weeks might help.

Check out the training board; also, ask questions on diet board too... Around here... you won't get too much advice on the kind of supplements you are asking about. :)

The list

This is my personal list -

1.) Protein powder, and a blended protein powder for bed time.

2.) Multi 2-a-day vitamin. Post workout and before bed.

3.) Post workout shake, I LOVE N Large.

4.) r-ala

5.) An MRP that is high quality. Such as LeanMass Matrix.

6.) Xenadrine for a little extra kick sometimes for Weights or cardio.

7.) Flax seed oil.
