I just started it too, I will tell you one thing, it REALLY does burn when you put it on. I am going to measure my parts and I will post the results (inches lost) from it. I put it on hips last night, I will do thighs tonight:p

Goddess- I was thinking about adding the Kava Kava also, how do you like it?

(j/k, creatine, whey, glutamine, mulit-vit., milk thistle, ala, anti-ox blend (i believe it's c+e+something else+selenimum), magnesium+calcium, udos and i think that's about it??? oh, melatonin occassionally for sleep aid and eca stack (various ones or home made)
 
whey protein w/glutamine peptides
multi-vit w/ iron and minerals
pantothenic acid (vit B5)
ZMA
fat burners (prefer the NYC type like PPA and Adipo)
topical yohimbine (love the Yohimburn!)
creatine for awhile, may do it again
flaxseed oil
ALA
Chitosan (for the occasional splurge)

Am also going to add more Vit C, Vit E, and calcium.
