I just started it too, I will tell you one thing, it REALLY does burn when you put it on. I am going to measure my parts and I will post the results (inches lost) from it. I put it on hips last night, I will do thighs tonight
Goddess- I was thinking about adding the Kava Kava also, how do you like it?

fat burners (prefer the NYC type like PPA and Adipo)
topical yohimbine (love the Yohimburn!)
creatine for awhile, may do it again

Am also going to add more Vit C, Vit E, and calcium.
