For me, I take

Myo-Blast
Z-Mass PM
Phospaplex Creatine
Glucorell-R
5-HTP

And I also use CytoPro Whey Protein and Xenadrine Protein Bars.
 
I've been meaning to add flaxseed to my diet, I just haven't yet. I'm about to start a new training cycle and might add it in then.
 
New Zealand Whey Protein (about 80g protein worth)
Seven Seas High Concentrate Fish Oil x 1 tbsp
Sport Flex Cod Liver Oil with Glucosomine Sulfate x 2
Mega Men Multi vit x 2
ALA (About 1g worth)
BSNs thermones (but this isn't on a daily basis only when im training hard which I am now)
 
Chemical Nutrition / Dorian Yates Approved Pro-Vital
Chemical Nutrition / Dorian Yates Approved Pro-Peptide
Chemical Nutrition / Dorian Yates Approved Pro-MR
Chemical Nutrition / Dorian Yates Approved Pro-Recover (post workout)

Olive oil or Flax seed oil, various brands.

Plus cycle in some other stuff such as creatine and glutamine depending on training…
