If I was a newbie, like I am, I would look at this long list that everyone gave and think wtf. How to even find these places and then trying this and that...... Kind of confusing, unless I have been doing my research like I was told to before I posted any questions. I, myself have to watch ingredients that are in these supplements as I am prescribed certain meds and some supplements would screw me up. but there's light at the end of the tunnel. It's called research, which I shall get back to.
