I am 5' 10", 185, im athletic but just started hitting the gym hard 3 weeks ago and just started a new diet.... i wanna loose fat around my stomach and get a more defined chest....what supplement is the best choice?

Just rehashed this a little.

Hi I have today just joined my local gym. I will be going to the sports store at the weekend to buy a nice vest and matching belt and gloves.
I have designed my routine around Bicep curls and 500 sets of Bench Pressess per week.My diet is nailed I will be on at least 100gms Protein a day and at least 2000 cals. I know I will grow on a brutal routine but would like to just take roids as all the big guys take it and I want to be like them when I am on the beach

Thats funny sad part is i really believe thats you in real life........A serious person if it was a joke, would of put the protein and cal numbers higher so it safe to say this is you in real life.......

Now post something more positive on the board and stop wasting space...

I was thinking that same thing. It started as a joke, but then it turned serious.
 
We're going to get a lot of these threads over the next month or so while kids buff up for Spring Break. All the 130 pound hulks who are prepared to work both of the major muscle groups for a couple of weeks and want to lose their burger gut and have a friend who can get them some serious steroid pills.

to loose fat ,cut down the carbs, hit the tread mill and a bit of ab rolling tones them up nice as for your chest stick to bench press,incline decloine and flat maybe some flys to finnish with get some clean protien shakes (no carbs or fats)and if you really want to take something to meet youre goals ephedrine/eca sounds like it will do the trick to help you work hard oin the gym and with the fat loss,

Oh Dear
That was meant to be sarcasm, but it seems to have gone right over your Head.
In addition the cals and Protein was purposely low to add to the point I was trying to make that this is usually the way people who want to get big quick think when they have "hit the wall" and dont realise that to grow naturally a diet of 300gms of Protein and 4000+cals a day is necesary

To give you an insight into the reasoning behind my original post
People like this always annoy me as I consider myself a responsible user who has been training for over 10 years, 5 years of this was natural, However I only do 2 cycles per year and have a powerlifting combo weigh of over 1300lbs. How many times have we seen a lad come into the gym fu.ck about with non compound movements then drop straight onto the gear.
The original postee prob does not have a decent routine, diet and many years following a progressive weight training routine. Yet he wants to drop straight onto a cycle.
This is the sort of things that puts all "responsible users" in a bad light.

I know about a dozen guys at colleges that take test dont work out and drink every day, and try to talk to me about it... Im with ret i tell them all steroids are bad.. 99% of the population is un educated...

I have no idea what your routine is.

As for diet ....
Pull all the fast sugars out of your diet and watch the diffference around your waist line.
This includes processed flour products.
Up your veggie intake.
Read up on glycemic levels and go for the lowest.

Best supplements for you would be whey protein, creatine and a muti-vit.
Read the labels so you can select one with little or no sugar.

I always watch Lion`s replies, they are full of knowledge. He is absolutely correct you`ll notice huge difference if you stop drinking those juices and switch to water. it might be a hard thing to do in the beginning but it works! and it works much faster than those steroids you guys talk about on the board all the time! And its absolutely legal! ;) Just watch your diet! no chocolate and no pasta! no fried potatoes! Just chicken and veggies! or any other source of protein, fish if you like.

Natural will get you a long way Bro, get a good diet and a nice training routean and stick to it. If you can hold on to it and you dont give up like most people do you will get grait gains bro..........
