most the guys onn here dont train for strenth man. 150 bench is what i benched when i was 17. hard work in the gym and with diet creates muscle gains....and along with that comes...strenght!!! so if you are lifting 150 lbs on the bench that tell me that you havent been working out any more than a year...or....you arent at all seriuos about it.....and i know no one here would recommend steroids to an inexperienced undiciplined weight lifter, now would we?.......just some things to consider before acting all high and mighty
