what sort of strength gains did you see with avanar

funny how alot of people spout off about other peoples business

not everyone trains for strength nor do you need to be super strong to grow,I have short ass arms and a genetically shit chest and I finally made it up to 225 x1 for flat last cycle, buddy may even have a shoulder problem which could prevent him from going heavy

just some things to consider before acting all high and mighty

as you were gentlemen

First off, sorry if I came off all "high and mighty", that wasn't my intention. What I'm saying is you don't need the assistance of gear yet if your only benching 150lbs. I don't care if your not lifting for "strength", with a proper diet and some hard work 150lbs could and should be acheived naturally. Yea, and it is pretty funny how people get into other peoples business when they ask questions in a public forum. Who would have thought??

fellas..c'mon now..anyhow when i took it it was at the end of a dbol/deca cycle so imop that stuff helped me retain most all my physical growth and strnth gains too..never ran it by itself

Unless you're a female, you have no business taking gear if 150lbs is all you can bench IMO.
A realistic goal is a 30-40lbs increase in 6-8 weeks with the right training.

Please calm down. First of all it is a hypothetical example. i said "If". In reality I may not even be able to press that much, who knows... ;)

Secondly, I assume you do not know anything about me.
You do not know my age, don't know my physical abilities, don't know my background, the time I have been training, my overall health, etc, etc.

Did it cross your mind that I may be an endurance runner weighing 135 lbs, or a 5'10" high level cyclist weighing 145 lbs?
Did you consider that I may have started weight training 7 years ago in order to rehabilitate and at the time not being able to bench press more than 90 lbs?

Maybe you are assuming that I am 22 years old and want to build muscle to impress my friends or maybe the next door female neighbor.
But the truth is that we are a diverse group consisting of people from different backgrounds such as athletes who compete in endurance or speed sports, strength athletes, teenagers who think they will become Arnold Schwarzeneggers, strength coaches, professional trainers, people who train for rehabilitation, people with very inferior genetics, people with very favorable genetics, males, females, young, old, people with cancer, people with HIV, etc. All of the above populations can have an interest in AAS for very different reasons.

Judging from your answer, I suspect that you are young enough to be my son, so lets keep things in perspective.

So, my friend, as you can see there is no need to attack, we are all here to help each other out.

Tzan, the above applies to you, too.

public enemy, was this your first cycle. how much weight did you gain. Please keep us updated on post cycle results.

Yes it was the first cycle, i gained 9 lbs in 6 weeks but my calculations based on body fat show that 2 of those lbs were fat and 1 lbs water. So, the net gain was 6 lbs which is what I was shooting for. Overall a welcome result with absolutely no side effects. Doing PCT now on Clomid.

i seen good strength gains with 60mg/ed of BD for 12 weeks.

Ok fair enough.
But on the other hand, chances are high school kids (for example) might read this thread, so don't give out replies like "40% increase in 6 weeks at 30mg ED." or "For example: If before the Anavar I was doing bench press with 150lbs for 12 reps, with the Anavar I was doing 210 lbs. for 12 reps." without giving further details. You're right, we're here to help eachother but those kind of answers might do more harm than good wiseman...
