what sort of strength gains did you see with avanar

Most people I know have experienced a maximum of a 5% - 20% increase in strength and endurance with proper diet, nutrition and rest.

These numbers will vary depending on the training age of the person.

For example: If before the Anavar I was doing bench press with 150lbs for 12 reps, with the Anavar I was doing 210 lbs. for 12 reps.

By the way, the cycle is over and the strength increase is slowly going away. I am curious to see how much I will maintain.
 
public enemy, was this your first cycle. how much weight did you gain. Please keep us updated on post cycle results.

Unless you're a female, you have no business taking gear if 150lbs is all you can bench IMO.
A realistic goal is a 30-40lbs increase in 6-8 weeks with the right training.
