hey guys
my friend was having issues with losing weight, mainly his last 10 lbs of body fat and obviously looking to always gain, he has tried cross training long distance running, circuit training, etc. he is 23 years old, has hypoglycemia, is currently training with a personal trainer that gave him a diet to stick to it consists of vegetables lean meats fish etc, he puts in the work is in good cardiovascular shape but is mainly he is looking to shred as much body fat as possible because hes having trouble with the 'loose skin' areas like chest lower stomach area. which aas would i direct him towards? thanks guys

Bro, steroids are for adding mass (or preserving it). Fat loss is diet and cardio.

I'd have to see his exact daily diet to comment on it.

Get him some Lipostim,Lipoflane from AGX sports 30minutes before cardio on an empty stomach upon first waking up will put his metabolism in overdrive the rest of the day.
I would also reccommend him to supplement his diet with some protein shakes to prevent muscle wasting.

hes been on forged burner from needto and does alot of cardio as well as liftin works real hard in the gym eats good only flaw id see in his diet is accosionally once a week or so we work and he goes a couple hours without eating thats about it

what type of cardio does he do? long distance running etc. is not the way to go for fat loss, all he is doing is burning up muscle tissue and slowing down his metabolism.

45-60 minutes of slow cardio in the morning on an empty stomach 5-6 times a week will get the fat off. Slow cardio means treadmill on 2.5 with a slight incline or stair master on speed 2or3.

If he has been low carb dieting for a while then refeed days should be incorporated to raise leptin levels and metabolism.

Post the diet and training for more help.

None!!!! If he has that loose of skin ( Noticable ) then he has had to of lost some dramatic weight in the past. If he wasn't obese lets say and just a pudgy kid then at 23 his skin will still shrink to his new form he may even want to put on a little more muscle in those targeted areas!! If he was obese then surgery may be his only option.
Peace, Forged
