What Should I Get? A Dip Station??? Or Dipping Bars???

Hey bro. I have a VERY extensive gym which I will be posting pics of shortly. In any event. DO NOT GET DIPPING BARS. Go for the dip station. Why? Well for one most better quality ones have a step up so if you have a 150lb dbl strapped to your waist your not hopping up which could deatroy your shoulder. Also, they have dip machines that are narrow at one end and wider at the other, like the one I have. This enables you to do dips for more tri growth and chest. My last bit of advice is to get a stand alone dip station. The ones that are a pullup. leg raise combo are wobbly. Hope this helps. Later

I see what you're saying, Punch. The Dip Station would be ALOT more stable than the bars. What's your opinion of the Dip Station I have listed above?

Yeah, I think I'm going to stick with the one I have above. They sell quality equipment and you just can't beat $139 for a good Angled Dip Station.

I would love to get a dipping station but I'm not sure if my ceiling in the basement would be high enough for it.

Of those two choices above, i would go with the station because the dipping bars may be not wide enough or too wide. its hard to tell. but if you're going to get a station i would get the station that comes with the back pad so you can also do reverse knee-ups along with the dips.
