My right shoulder has been bothering me for 2 weeks I kept pushing it because Im going away in 3 weeks.
Finally told myself enough I need to take a week off of all weights and just do hard cardio.

When you guys are trying to lean down and get ripped abs - do you think I should be concentrating more on cardio than the weights will I lose much muscle if I take 1 to 2 weeks off of the weights?
