What should i do?

I placed a order with a source and received part of it. He said that part i didn't get was being shipped seperate. I sent him a email to see about when i would receive the rest of my order and he sent me a email back with the usps# i tracked it and it said it was receive in a total different state. Now my source won't return my emails
