What makes you hungry?

I can't shove down above 5k calories unless maybe if I was to smoke, any ideas on how to become really hungry?

Inj. B-12 didn't work for me.

I am considering:

-Ketofen (antihistamine)
-Periatctin (antihistamine)
-Amitryptiline (antidepressant)

suggested by SkullFucked from animal's board.

What works for you?

What makes me more hungry than anything is working out...hard and often. I think it's a HUGE mistake to take drugs, like the ones you've mentioned, to increase your appetite. You will most definitely solve one problem and create numerous others. That's not smart. What's your workout schedule currently like? What's your current diet look like?

Diet? I try to eat everything and as often as possible. Around 5k calories divided in 6-8meals.

I will be starting Doggcrapp's routine within a few days ...

Insulin does the same to me, but I am trying not to use it for a while.

whats ur current stats atherniggy , just curious

periactin works good after u get thru that period were it makes you sleepy, dont try any of that other percsription drugs u listed, periactin works and bruce lee has nice prices on chineese periactin

6'3 235-240lbs 14-15% bf, I gained a lot of bodyfat lately. :(

dude. wtf u been doin? I remember when u were 180lb. oh and why do you need more than 5k calories ? 5k should be good as long as you get your protein.

Yup, I started out at exactly 183lbs 1year and 4months ago. I jumped on the gear after 4months of training and this thanksgiving is my anniversary of my first cycle. I have basically gained 60lbs in that year or so ...
Slin made me gain the extra weight while I wasn't cycling (and I mean a lot of insulin) but the slin didn't add much to my strength. My strength still suffers sadly and most people my size are much stronger. :(

Slin + a lot of calories makes me gain ... I need to eat a lot to gain, sad part is with slin I went from 8% bf to about 14% or 15% :(.

Reading that 50page or so thread over on the A board has convinced me to start it. :D I should be starting it right after thanksgiving and gear free. :)

Can you post your exact routinue? I am still having some problems understanding it completely.

I have a few questions you might be able to answer:

1. Do you stretch right after doing each exercise or at the end of the routine per muscle group? Also you stretch at the end of each day right?

2. Do you use his method of cycling? If so, how do you like it? (4weeks hell/2weeks cruising)

3. Three sets for warmup than one real set, right?

I just came off a long cycle, once I have recovered I will be cycling 4on/2off, this will be my first time to use fina also. yes, 3 warm up sets one heavy set rest pause, usually 8,4,3 reps.
everytime you come back to an exercise you should be able to lift 5lb more or add 2 reps to your heavy set, definately keep a log.
I usually stretch inbetween sets.

heres my routine

day 1 military shl press(shl), bent over barbell row (back)

day 2 inc. dbell press(chest), Squats(legs)

off day 3

day 4 lat raise(shl), dbell row(back)

day 5 cable flys(chest), leg ext. (leg)

day 6 off

day 7 upright row, seated row

day 8 incline barbell press, calves

day 9 off

day 10 start over day 1
