No lift "scares" me. You must respect the weight, but never fear it.

THE SNATCH, no doubt about it, this has got to be the lift that scares me the most!

I am not a powerlifter, but i have to give it to anyone who has the balls to go heavy on that shit!

I have to say the clean is worse. If you overpull a snatch it will go behind you leaving you unscathed. An overpulled clean caught in the full squat position will still be caught and racked but the backward momentum will attempt to push a lifter back and pin him to the ground if he can't escape from the bar.

I've seen it happen and it can be very ugly. Another reason for an olympic lifter's need to be explosive.:mix:

without a doubt...db shoulder presses...once you start lifting the 150#'s...my shorts seem to feel a lil' on the wet side.makes me shit in my pants every single time.

150s DAAAAAAAAAYYYYYUUUUUMMMMMNNNNNNN how big are you. I use the 110s for 5 at the top of my pyramid but 150s holy shit.

As for me Squat is the worst for me I have had two knee ops already and eventhough I only use light weight now still just waiting to feel that burning pain and hear the popping noises......... now you made me think of that I need to go call my mommy.

i workout at home too and i would have to say the squats are the scarest for me,,i mean i an't got no squating rack so i have to basically power clean the weigth over my shoulders, do my set, than do a standing shoulder press to get the weight back down to the ground,,,and after 5 working sets of all that..my lower back, shoulders, legs and arms are on fire!!!! (sombody pray for me,,,lol)

what do u call a 90 year old man who can still masterbate???,,,a mircale whip!!
