Just add Disturbed, Slayer, Mudvayne, and SOD, take out Manson and RHCP and you've got my lifting tape.
Have you ever checked out Soulfly?
It's Max and his brother from Sepultura with some other guys. I'm a pretty big Sep. fan, but I actually like Soulfly better. Excellent intense stuff to fire you up and throw weights around with.
And, if you dig Sep, check out Nailbomb. It's Max and his brother with the guys from Fudge Tunnel. Nailbomb 'Pointblank' is by far the BEST metal album I've ever heard.

I usually dont listen to music. When my friend brings his music, I like the P.O.D rock remix of Nappy Root's "Aww Naww" That song pumps me up more than any I've ever heard.

Metallica and Pantera and Fear Factory are good too

I don't need music to train. I don't hear music when I train.

However, the gym plays rock music, which is fine.

I have to have something to dance to while I'm waiting between moves. ;)
