well he weighs just a tad bit more than you.... he is sitting @300lbs at about 6-7% ,,, not sure on the height. i was watching this guy last night, and he is one strong mofo

He's a strongman.......arguably the nicest physique I've ever seen on a strong man. And what juice does he take too look like that? It aint what he takes it's what he does.

He looks good but I think his obliques are too big.
