yeah well if ur stomach isent that big u can start to see them with a little cardio abb workouts and no dieting ive been working them out for about 8 weeks really hard and my abs are actually starting to get so big u can see them through the fat like i got alot of fat on my stomach but with my abs my stomach actually sticks out about 1 or 2 inches do to my abs being so big and right now i got a 4 pack its just hard to get the other 2 because of the roll around the love handles
oh yeah i forgot to say i do sit ups 60 x 3, torso raises laying down on my side, torso turns (machine), bicycle, and incline sit ups with a 45lb weight on my chest 60 times (that really pushes ur abbs cuz ur actually weight lifting)
do u guys normally go for a 15 min jog/run on the threadmill after weight training or one day specifically for cardio where u go in and run for like 45 mins to an hour?
