What is your nutrition like when bulking?

Do you keep it clean or do you dirty it up a little... or a lot? I'm currently bulking and someone recommended that I consume between 4000 and 5000 Calories per day. I think it would be pretty difficult to consume 4 or 5000 Calories per day and keep the diet clean. One would almost have to dirty it up. Anyway, how do y'all eat while bulking?
 
Personally when I do a true buliking cycle, I pretty much eat whatever within reason.. It is hard to get 4000-5000 cals clean.. I mean dont go eating candy bars and garbage for cals.. But I see nothing wrong with a lil KFC buffet to ad some cals.. It's always better to eat bad than not eat at all, esp while on the sauce.. Your body and the juice will allow you to eat a little dirty with out hurting so much.. Just my opinion...

anything i can find except chocolate, crisps etc. if you eat at regular times your metabalism catches on and burns fat well but you gotta expect to put fat on if you do a 'dirty' bulk its part of the parcel. as long as you get sufficient protein you'll make good muscle gains too.
 
I eat oats and wheat for my carbs, clean protein sources, lots of veggies. And to get the cals up I take a gainer (800cals) I'm at 4000cals/day. It gets expensive eating like this. Obviously, if you want to get huge and are not so worried about how you look w/ your shirt off, go to KFC and enjoy. It's a lot easier and cheaper this way.
