Yes, it is a physcological boost, that's for sure.. you feel pumped up about it for a couple of weeks.. oh shit.. this year is gonna be different kind of mentality..

but I think its twice as crushing when you fail to accomplish your new years resolution, verse just making goals when you need to make them, I find it's alot easier that way, I've actually started a checklist.

More of a boost if you succeed, but I think it's more negative then anything else since the majority of people fail miserably..

people buy year memberships every jan 1st like it's going out of fucking style, unfortunately the idiots get year memberships, go for a month this shit is gonna be different.. then wait until next jan 1st to go again.. that has to be so fucking demorolizing.
