what is your monthly cost of living?

That hasn't changed, nor has my resolve to see this thing through. The dry season here is Oct-Nov so I hope to get most of the framing done, close it up, get the roof done etc. Once that's done, I can get several different trades on the inside all at once: pluimbing, electric, HVAC etc will all go very fast.

After that it;s just finishing...I have patience for the finishing, because I can live in it while that is happening. :)

It sounds like it will be gorgeous. Hopefully we will have a dry season. The way the last month and the last couple of days have gone for the west coast of FL, I don't think the meteorologist know what the heck they are talking about.

Somewhere between $8,500 - $9,000.....

EDIT: Didn't realize you were talking about food and all that. The first number was just bills.

Probably about $11,000 total.

oh c'mon you spend 11k a month? what do you do for a living? where can i apply?

Around 3K depending on the electric bills in the summer. They usually push $250-$300 between June and August.

That's just personal stuff sir. Other expenses for family and whatever and some months exceed $20K. Occasionally they will go up to $30K / month.

Unfortuantely this job is somewhast unique...Emperor-in-Training...but I am rolling some stuff out around year end they may require some help.

$400 a month right now.

You wouldn't get a roach-infested 10 sq.ft. storage space in a moldy basement in my neck of the woods. Parking in a sketchy lot with drug dealers and ho’s cruising neighboring streets ten blocks away is more than $400/m.

It's mostly outsourcing - we settle disputes between insurance comapnies. These "disputes" range from a few thousand to tens of millions of dollars, and we keep a percentage of the improvement we do over the insurer's historical average.

I also am involved in marketing for pharmaceutical companies - we generate the literature that recedds the drug reps into the doctor's office, and I work with a real estate developer doing high end residential properties.

To be candid, a lot of this is random. I met a very wealthy guy that needed help. In time I will be that guy, but right now we aren't hiring.

Matt do you ever do business in Canada? Also, when you first met this wealthy individual, were you business "savy" at that point? Were you even into business?
