You can eat carbs, you just have to figure out how much,what kind(complex vs. simple) when to consume,ect... If you eliminate them completely you willl loose some muscle and you dont' want that.

I just started using adipokinetics after years of Ripped Fuel--Adipokinetics smokes any other fat burner on the market. Great pump and makes me sweat like a mofo.

Adipokinetix by Syntrax is my Fav and is one on the best legal fat burners out there. DNP is by far the best fat burner but I have never tried it.
