I only do one set a week for both bi and tri cause I got lucky and genetically my arms are always full. If I lift them they overshadow my shoulders and the rest of my body. Ive lifted them hard core before during my first cycle and they were 18+.
It looked stupid cause Im only 5'8''. I measured my dads arms, he's 65 and doesn't lift, and his arms are 16.5 flex along with his calves.
