20 cold 20-21 pumped freaks people out but they should 12 years of pumpin iron and never used pump n pose if i could just give my legs 2 inches from each arm

Unfortunately 44" waist. I'm that fat guy in the gym. Relatively new to working out, about 4 months- still working on redistributing.


But I'm happy with progress- down 9% BF so far. I've been lurking here for 2 months for inspiration. (Clearly not posting enuff)
