very true. I have seen some big fucking arms struggle with weight my 18 inchers laugh at. Not that mine are small, but arm size really means little. I have seen guys with 16.5" arms that look huge as fuck. I have seen 20 inch arms that look small.

very true. I'm at 18(rt) and 17 5/8 (lt) and at 6' 225,10-12%bf I really feel like they are always lagging behind. Planning on a cycle soon, so hoping to get 3/4 on those suckers. Last cycle was about 6 months ago and added approx. 3/4 of an inch after all was said and done. Of course that will not be enough for long

Well I'm happy to say they measure 16" cold right now after 6 weeks of training. Gained 3/4" so far, up from 15.5" last post.
