depends on the format, I always make sure its jpg(other formats are much larger files), and if its still too big, then I cut down the size

I agree . U cant really go by the measure. I am 5'7 and weigh about 170. My arms are 16.5 with about 8-9% bf. I am very happy with the way they look and eveyone says that they are huge. So you have to factor in bodyfat and size of the person. I know plenty of fat asses with 20 inches that mine put to shame. I also know one guy who has 16.5 inchers and he stands about 5'4 and that guy is a freak. Makes mine look like pea shooters.
