What is the recommend Dosage for winstrol depot?

This is going to be my second cycle. My first cycle was 7 weeks of 10mg anavar (5mg am and 5mg pm). Now I want to take another cycle and go 12 weeks this time with anavar and winstrol depot. I will take 10mg a day of anavar for 12 weeks but I also want to add the winstrol depot into the cycle but I don’t know how much I should take?? I do know I would rather go light with the winstrol just encase of sides. If I got any sides I could always just stop the winstrol depot and just continue with the anavar. The primary steroid will be the anavar so if I can get some added results from winstrol depot that would be great. The winstrol depot bottle is 100mgs/ml. I am assuming its real stuff because it’s milky and it separates with the milk dropping toward bottom until you shake bottle. Another question should I start taking the winstrol halfway through the cycle and add it with the anavar? Ps. I really hope I get some responses because I don’t want to do anything that would hurt me. Sorry if my English is not that good….

Start with just 5mg. That's probably the lowest you can measure out effectively. Thats going to be a half a tick on the syringe, make sense? This is important, at 100mgs/ml you have to be careful measuring. Also shake up the bottle before drawing into the syringe. Winstrol is suspended in water so some can settle to the bottom, making your first doses weak and your last ones STRONG. You don't want this!

Another note: the reason i say to start low is because my girlfriend added winstrol to her anavar cycle last year and experienced bad sides. I'll PM her to post here.

Thanks for posting up. It is important to be safe.

There is no reason you can't start winstrol with anavar. However, the longer you are on winstrol, the stronger the sides. With this cycle being a bit longer you may want to go 2 weeks with anavar only, then add winstrol for the last 10. I agree, start with 5mg to see how you do for the first 2 weeks you inject. I wouldn't go over 10.

Winstrol can dry out your joints like nothing else and it can be very painful. You'll need to increase your water intake to over 120oz a day while on. You also may want to consider tapering off - going off of winstrol can be the worst part.

Here is a sample plan:

Week 1 - 2 10mg Anavar
Week 3 - 5 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar
Week 6 - 10 10mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar (if you do ok on 5mg)
Week 11 - 12 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar

I am no expert in this area by far.

what sides did she get? the only side i had on my last cycle was clit enlargement but that goes away (well its a little bigger then it was in past) but most of it goes away so if thats the only side, then great. at a low does that i want to take i dont think or hope i wont get any sides. if i get the usual clit enlargement then thats a plus. i feel it what increases our sex drives so much. i could be totally wrong but its a guess. i just dont want too much joint pain like everyone i have been reading is complaining about. that can halt my workouts. let me know what sides she got and what her dosage was with the anavar and winstrol depot. i would really love to know because its the same thing i will be taking. your gf did take the depot right? also i love my hair so i hope it wont destroy it or all fall out.

She can elaborate but i recall the joint pain, some clit enlargement, and a bad acne breakout. She had pills if i recall.

The clit enlargement is great lol. I don't think i've heard one women ever complain of it as a bad thing.

[FONT=&quot]I love the way you broke that down for me and explain it in such an easy way. I also love how you gave me a sample plan. It seems like you put some time into my needs and I thank you for that. I think I am going to use your sample plain because it makes sense and looks perfect.

Also do I inject the winstrol depot weekly or daily, or evey third or forth day????

What sides did you have when you took winstrol and how much did you take? Did you take it with anavar and what dosage was that?

I am not experienced at all with injections. Perhaps OneBreath can help. I assume daily 5mg - with the instructions he gave you for injecting.

I have to be honest, I'm not sure what that cycle was - it was long ago. I think it may have been 10 - 15mg of Anavar and 10mg Winstrol (pill format). I had to come off the Winstrol pretty quickly. First, I had acne for the first time in my life. Tiny red bumps were all over my forehead. You could literally run your hand across my head and feel them everywhere. Then, I noticed my knees were hurting while I was squatting. Then, my knees, elbows and shoulders hurt anytime I moved them. My hair falls out all over the place anyway so I'm not sure if Winstrol increased that or not. I think those sides were about 2 or 3 weeks into my cycle. It was extremely painful when I came off the Winstrol (for about 2 days - joints). I won't ever do it again, not even at a lower dose. I do know many though that do not experience such things. I read about the joint pain but I never knew it could be so bad. It wasn't a little pain - I was miserable and in bed.

Just know that those are the sides (clit enlargment too but that is a plus I guess - although honestly, I never felt any different). If you start to feel knee pain while working out - go ahead and stop. It isn't worth it and I took it too far. And, after all that I had no noticeable results. I prefer a simple cycle of anavar every now and then.

Don't inject it, drink it. Drink 5mg daily. Shake the bottle, measure it out with a needle and syringe, then squirt it into a small cup of water or juice. Then jug it down.

You can inject it but its pretty painful! Water based injectables, winny especially, are infamous for the pain. Not the pain while injecting, but the pain afterwards. I can attest to this!
 
if i am drinking it will that be to much stress on my kidneys since i am already taking anavar?? i would rather drink it to be honest.

also ironwings when you said your hair was falling out. did it return to normal afterwards? i have long long black hair and i dont want to loose a lot of it. i wonder if it returns to normal afterwards?
 
You won't lose much - just keep an eye on it. My hair falls out like crazy all the time so I don't recall if it was any worse while on winstrol. It won't all fall out at once.

I forgot to mention - I also noticed additional hair growth. Everywhere - face, legs, abdominals. Nothing major but shaving my legs twice a day was a nuisance.

I'm not a medical professional, but at those doses and for that length i would say no. Most likely your cholesterol will take a beating but that's going to happen regardless of how you would take it. Anavar alone will do it actually.

Keep the doses low and you'll be fine. Maybe keep a log here so we can check in on you :)

I noticed quite a bit of hair loss when I switched from winstrol tabs to inject. I started using some shampoo (wish I could remember the name) that was specifically for women that helped with hair loss and removing DHT build up... made my hair fall out even more!

But good news is, it's slowed down, but I still think I lose more hair than I used to. Other other sides for me were sore joints.

Oh and I was running 25mg 2x/wk. This was a recommendation from an ex bf and it was before I found forums to do my research and was relying soley on books he had, which didn't provide me with much information for women. I think I'll run it in smaller doses daily or try the tabs again.
 
Do you have a vial of the Winny or snaps?
If you have snaps you can prefill all your needles until the snap is empty. Just put the caps back on the needles and keep them in the fridge til you need them.
If its a vial there is nothing to worry about.

Ouch! I would imagine at 25mg only twice per week you would have a big spike in DHT and then bottom out before another big spike. Blood levels all over the place. I hope you let him have it :evil:
 
I agree with OneBreath. Do not inject the winny, it WILL hurt. Drink it. And 5 mgs ed should be fine.

Anavar is one of the milder orals on the body AND the liver, I'd recommned you do anavar instead of winny.
 
Ok I have another question for you guys. I started my cycle on Feb 28th. I took two pictures of the needle I will be using for the winstrol depot dosage that I will be starting in the 3rd week. My question is what line do I fill the needle up to so that it is 5mg since I will be drinking it daily. Below is my cycle plan.


Week 1 - 2 10mg Anavar
Week 3 - 5 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar
Week 6 - 10 10mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar (if i do ok on 5mg)
Week 11 - 12 5mg Winstrol and 10mg Anavar

yes i forgot to mention its 100mg/ml. so if you say its 1/20 a ml that would mean it would be impossible to measure out effectively on my syringe? Ok here is another needle i have but its a one ml needle but its much skinner and broken down with a lot more measuring lines. ok so what line would it be on this one???

ON THE SMALLER SYRINGE------ NOT THE LARGER 3CC ONE
1/20th would be half way between (0) zero and the (1) one. Does that make sense ?? Hope that helps you. Again, can't stress it enough... Use this mark on the smaller second syringe pic you posted not the first. That same mark on the larger pin would be 50mg...WAY to much for you...
 
Ok update on my cycle so far. ok I am on my 3rd week of anavar and I have been taking right from the start 5mg am and 5mg pm for a total of 10mg daily. The winstrol I been on for close to a week now and I been taking 5mg to 7mg daily. So far no side effects at all. I been keeping a close eye for all signs of side effects I would get from winstrol but so far everything is good and I feel fine. No sore throat (I get English lessons so I would know if it changes), sex drive is the same, no clit enlargement. Nothing out of the normal. My strength did go up a little bit. The only thing I did notice which I don’t know if it has to do with my cycle is my period came 4 days early and it was very heavy. Is that from the cycle??
 
Does anyone know if its normal to have heavy bleeding with the period when on winstrol/anavar?? its started early and it was heavy.
 
i cant wait for it to end lol i broke down and had sex while still on period 2 days ago. i am still bleeding but much lighter now. i cant believe it lasting so long and heavy. very annoying. i dont know if its the steroids or just this week but my sex drive has been way up.

My strength is going way up now and i feel good. i am starting to hold a little water weight but i think its because i am not watching my salt intake.

Good chance it is the steroids very often it boosts libo.

your scary me, what do you mean when you say i may never be normal again??? i know everyone says it will stop and you wont get it until it is over. maybe it will happen as i am on it longer.

also someone told me that the longer you stay on winstrol the less your clit will go back to normal size? is that true? i dont care if its a little larger but i dont want it to big. does anyone know if this is true? also sex has been amazing. not only is my sex drive up but it feels much better too. i thought i was just that week but its still amazing lol. will my sex drive and the way it feels go back to normal once my cycle ends??

I have used winny and your cycle should go back to normal once you come off. Adding any steroid into your body is going to mess with your cycle as your adding in male hormones. I found the more years I have used steroids the less they have a dramatic impact on my cycle. Steroids will not make you steril providing you are using them in a conservative manner. A lack of estrogen in your system would make it hard to become pregenant. Also it is not recommend to take any steroids if your looking to get pregnant with in a year or so.

That makes me feel better to hear that I should be fine. I do want to have more kids but not right away. I am only in my late twenties. Let me ask you another question. You do not have to answer obvious but I am just curious. Will the swelling of my clitoris go back to normal once I stop? I really hope it stays a bit larger for reasons. Also it did swell a little bit already and just wondering how much more it will swell? Will it continue to keep swelling the longer I am on it? I do have a long cycle. I will be on anavar for slightly over 14 weeks and I would be on winstrol for 12 weeks when it’s all done. I still got ways to go in my cycle. And one last question lol, you said steroids will make me sterile. Does that mean I can have unprotected sex with husband? Is it like birth control? Thank you so much for your help.

Oh no I said the will not make you sterile which means you absolutly need to use protection. You would not want to get pregnant on or even remotely close to a cycle the effects on the child would not be good.
Clit swelling will go down post cycle but not 100% back to normal. If you don't increase your does then the likelyhood of continue long term growth is slim that would come the more you added in high does or heavier compunds.
 
ok everything is still going good. i am 5 weeks in and i increased the winstrol to 12 daily and still no sore throat. my hair is fine too. i am still taking the avavar also. i am getting much stronger still and i put on noticeable muscle. so far i am very happy with the anavar and winstrol. no regrets.
 
you can run winny and anavar together, even if you take them both orally. Anavar is not liver toxic (not nearly as toxic as dbol or anadrol) it is a very mild oral...

just drink the winny, you'll get the same results if you drink it...injecting it is going to be painful...stanazolol is not fun to inject at all :worried:

i think you must have read the first question in this posting without reading the rest. its ok, i have been drinking winny and i have been taking anavar together with the winny. like i said everything is working out fine so far.

Just be cautious about the dosing I know you haven't seen any side yet which is great but when you run long cycles there is a build up in your body so if you continue to up the dose there is a higher possiblity for problems. I like the var winny combo as well but tend to keep the both at 10mg each per day.

Yes maybe i should bring it back down to 10mg again just to play it safe. I guess i am getting excited about the results i am getting with the winstrol with anavar. Just curious how long do you stay on your winstrol cycle when you take it supergt4u2? what type of sides did you notice when you where on it and how long into the cycle did you start to notice sides? I am so glade you are so helpful and i always look foward to hearing your reponse. thanks

Winny really bothers my joints that is the biggest noticable side for me so I try not to take it for more then 6 weeks in a row. I use it at the end of contest prep last 4-6 weeks cause really does have that drying effect. I have also done a contest prep where I was doing 2 weeks 10mg var 10mg winny 2 weeks 20mg var i did that for about 12 weeks precontest it was good as my joints didn't seem to get as dry or achey feeling.

Interesting. so far my joints are ok and i hope they stay that way. My joints are a little sore but nothing that has a negative effect on me.
 
Hi everyone,

I am getting close to 7 weeks and the last two weeks i have been taking about 13ml on winstrol and 10mg on anavar. So far no joint pain. No extra hair falling out, just clit enlargement and i been getting acne on my shoulders and little bit on my face and my skin has been oily. I been getting some cramps in my leg muscles. My voice is still the same, no soreness in throat. The results so far is amazing. I am putting on nice muscle tone and looking so much better. My strength is amazing too. I really love the combination I am taking and I think it was so worth it since i had very little sides. If you can even consider them sides at this point. I still have a long way to go with my cycle so if you are all interested I will continue to keep posting my results.

No i didnt get any lab work done. The last time i got checked by doctor i was in excellent condition. also my cholesterol was super low too. I do know steroids through off your counts so i will expect it will take a few months too go back to normal.
 
also i forgot to mention i am still getting my period. i wish i wouldn't lol for a few months but last time it was very heavy as it usually and this time it very very light. that's something i should have mention in my changes with steroids.

Not everyone lose there cycle I think everyone has a very unique response. Mine also gets very light sometimes it is just a day with a little cramping and spotting. Thanks for keeping us posted on your progress. It is great for other users to see the full progression of a cycle since there is so little documented info for us woman.
 
Ok it’s been about 9 weeks now. Still taking 10mg of anavar and 13mg of winny. I feel sorry for my husband because my sex drive has been crazy. I seem to be horny all the time and for no reason. Just driving my car it just happens and I want sex. Can’t explain it but it’s strange. My clit has gotten even larger. But it’s not that bad. Yes it’s noticeable though but nobody I been with seems to complain about it lol. I have been still gaining muscle and crazy strength. I had been breaking out with pimples all over my back, shoulders, and face. I am trying hard to stop them but it’s hard. Nothing seems to stop the pimples. Still no sore throat. My joints are fine. I have not lost any more hair then normal. I have long hair so I always loose but nothing different.

OMG woops. I wish I didnt let that slip out by mistake. Long story but I will blame the high sex drive on steroids and that fact that my husband goes away on business for weeks at a time. We all have needs............. ;)

Your strength does typically go up over the course of a cycle as the AAS starts building up. Glad you are still side free!
 
12 weeks now. 10mg of anavar and 13mg of winny. No serious sides yet besides pimples on my back but i have the face under control now. the back pimples feel like a lot of little bumps. I hate it becuase its grosss haha. My joints, hair and throat is fine. Still getting nice muscle tone but not as rapid as I was. Seems like my results are not as good. Sex drive still very high. Clit enlargement still happing :-) . I guess I handle it well since not to much sides after 12 weeks. I did do a bload test and my bload suger was very off. Is that normal since i am on steroids or should i worry??? also when i come off the winstrol should I stagger down or just stop when my cycle is finished?

I don't think that is normal the blood sugar being off. What was your diet like on that day and how is it normally? Did you fast before the blood test?
 
14 weeks now. 10mg of anavar and 13mg of winny. No serious sides still. I still have the small pimples on my back and some on my face. I feel like a teenager again. No joint issues. My voices is still the same, my hair is fine. Clit enlargement seem to leveled out. Sex drive is fine. I put on some water wieght. Been very hot tempered lately. Been fighting with my man a lot. Also been a little depressed. Are these things normal? I will be finishing the anavar this week and I will still continue the winstrol for maybe another month. Once i finish the winstrol how long until the water weight comes off?? and is the water weight from the winstrol or anavar?? thanks again for all your help.

Do you eat milk thistle?winny is a methylated aas. If you do inject, it would be fine. If you feel depress, I guess 5-htp can help you. Water weight because your estrogen are increase too. I've read that woman need PCT too, pct for woman is reduce the dosage slowly til the end.

Fasting blood sugar should be about 90-105. Even if you'd eaten a high GI meal recently it should not be higher than 150. Now one reading from one of those OTC meters could easily yield a spurious result. Best to take 3 readings to get a clear picture of what your level really is.

You should keep an eye on your BP when on AAS. Pre-hypertension starts around 125/80. Those numbers aren't really a big deal, but can be an indicator of potential health problems in the future. If either of your numbers is at or above 145/95, you might want to think about stopping the cycle.

Yeah I don't think it is fair people as much as cool udertoned people at least you can really notice it on them where as olive complextions have a greenish to yellow undertone almost canceling it out or making it much less visiable if at all.
 
Ok its 16 weeks . i am no longer on the anavar but still taking the winstrol. I will do one more final week of winstrol and be done with it all. i am going to take about 20mg everyday for last week. I have been getting so strong. If i show any sides from bumping up my dosage i will just stop and call it end of cycle since it been a very very long cycle. I am lucky no sides so far besides the normal stuff i mentioned. i look really good and made my body look so much better and sexier but i am holding a good amount of water. when the water comes off after my 17 week cycle i should look amazing for the summer.
 
ok i stop at 17 weeks with the steroids. I know been off it for 3 weeks and I still have some pimples on face and back. i didnt really have any depression like some due after coming off the cycle. my clit has not gone down in size. not that i care because its still seems like it give me more pleasure being that its larger. I am still holding a good amount of water wieght. i did loose a few pounds but i really want this water weight off me. i dont know if taking water pills would be safe or help. I really love the results it gave me. i am holding a some water but i look 10 times better then i did before i took this cycle. I really love winstrol and anavar together. the sides for me was not that bad. i am just as feminine as i was before but much more sexier haha. Does anyone know how long it will take to loose the water weight that came from the steriods?
 
Try a little dandelion root it will help fulsh a little water but no real rebound from it also make sure your getting at least a gallon of water a day evening up your regular water intake a bit will help to flush out water some other things to add that are natural diretics is aspargus and celery.
 
Ok, I been off the steroids for about 2 months now. Pimples on my back and shoulders went away but the pimples on my face did not go away that easy. I went to a dermatologist and he gave me some injections into the face and it cleared up all my pimples. He also gave me some cream as well. They both worked wonders. I really loved the cycle I took. It made a huge difference with my body and self esteem. I look and feel great now lol. No real sides for me beside clit enlargement and pimples near the end of cycle.

One question I have is when i stop the cycle I thought my clit would go back or close to its original size. Since I stop the steroids it seem to get larger. Is that supposed to happen? If so why? maybe because I had a long cycle? Its not so big that it looks bad or anyone would care, but I just wonder why it got bigger after the cycle ended? Also I never cycled down. Maybe that did it but not sure.

Sorry I missed this. Well even though winny has a half life of 9 hours it builds up in your system little by little so if your on a longer low dose cycle it will build up near the end sometimes sides can happen. I have noticed this even with Var not from sides but the fact I keep my strength gains for the most part lifting the same weights up tell 2 weeks after coming of about a month of is when I notice a decline in my strength. Also if the clit grew it will not go back to normal if it is just swollen then it will subside but it will be bigger then before that is a risk you take with any steroids.

My diet and training are on point and have been for a solid year now, dieting and training hard. what do you think about a first time user of any drug ... using a very small dose of winstrol? I would appreciate any comments and help.

try taking same cyle as me. results where amazing. but u may have to change dosage depending your your reactions to it. i really liked winny with var

Winny is generally not my first choice for women var is the better option imo fair less chance of a side especially if you start at low dose like 5mg even at 5mg of winny there is still a chance for sides because the recation to winny varies so greatly amount women.
