What is the Maximum HGH + T I can Take?

I went to a HRT clinic this 3 weeks ago, got test results last week and found my levels to be low.

Results (what i was told in ():
T3 Free 2.65 (low)
T4 Free 1.09 (low)
TSH 1.82 (OK)
IGF 133
Testosterone Total 213
Free Test 40
Bio available Test 101
LH .9 (low)

Not sure about this weird number they are using but the doc said the stuff marked as low was low. I have been dead tired, no energy, don't sleep well, and most of the other symptoms. I was thinking the HGH will help with my neck and back degenerate disc disease issues primarily from all the studies but that seems 50/50 in the real world if it will help.

I want to get better as fast as I can since this is killing me in all aspects of my life and especially work.

The doc scripted me 200mg T/week and 1u (i guess .3mg?) HGH daily
What can I reasonable take with minimum risk and is there anything else (people constantly mention hcg here)?

ur test and hgh doses as therapeutic doses are good no need for more IMO
as for HCG it's better if u run it at 500 iu/week (or 250 iu x 2 /week)
u can take a break from it every 2 or 3 months for 1 month.

nandrolone can be a perfect addition to HRT temporarily specially for ur case or any joints issues , 2 cycles per year of 10 weeks at a low dose of 100-150mg max will do u good and aid a lot in recovery with the least side effect , don't do more remember ur just using it for therapy no need for nandrolone sides.

I got my test this week and did 100mg on Wed and didn't really feel much. Seems its common to do 200mg a week so I though maybe a boost to begin with would help. Thur I shot another 100mg and felt absolutely great - could think clearly again, concentration was back, energy is up. Still have the back and neck pain as expected. I believe 200mg/week Test is what I need to feel normal. Now my concern is if I add deca, will that affect the effect of the Test? At 200mg/wk of T, I should be on 100mg of Deca? I guess this is a dosage question : ) Do these dosages make sense?

yes 100mg deca u'll be fine , always keep it at half of the test dose max and even 1/3 rd of test it's better (specially in heavy cycles) i can guarantee u no sides at all that's a golden rule, in ur case since u r on a low dose for hrt , 200mg test and 100mg deca sounds good.

HGH question:

From my research, HGH can come in a power form that requires reconstitution and cartridges that can be used in at proprietary pen. probably other exist.

For my question, my doc gave me a omnitrope pen and a couple cartridges that seem to have been premixed. All i have to do is load the cartridge, add the pen tip for each use and its ready.

I am wondering about the shelf life of these cartridges and if there is a potency differential assuming the HGH is from a pharmacy.

I have some trust issues with the doc that has prescribed a pen and cartridges that seem to be needlessly expensive.

Shelf life of premix cartridge?
Premix v powder that is reconstituted by user?

Xman,
Why the HCG break every 2-3 months? the reason I ask is because my doc said the same thing and it has something to do with developing antibodies and/or resistance to the HCG. That being said, I have not been able to find any other information about this anywhere...

yeah that's right u want to avoid letting ur body build up tolerance against HCG , even if it's a small dose remember it's synthetic and mimic LH action not LH itself and we cannot accurately replace natural LH or FSH in terms of quantity and time of secretion so ur body will still recognize it as a foreign substance , so after 3 months on it will be a good idea to take a break for a month no harm in it and actually ur gonna preserve ur testes for a while and it can be beneficial.

Hmmm...
Thanks for the info!

Wanted to follow up. Overall this treatment has worked wonders in the short time I've been on it. I've gained about 12 pounds most of it lean mass though my diet could improve. My main goal was to see if the HGH and possibly the deca would help with my neck and back pain. I have been suffering chronic pain for about 6 years due to collapsed lumbar discs and a spur in my neck.

I originally thought the HGHs regenerative effects would help which is what I originally asked my doc for; he also added testosterone so I thought why not.

What I think now: a month ago I was 6' and 158lbs. Basically underweight and weak. I has muscle wasting also in the order of 10lbs of muscle in 2 months. I believe my condition was brought on by my test levels dropping and the underlying issue of muscle weakness contributed dramatically to the neck and back issues. I felt I never could really recover or rest enough by the next day.

So, the testosterone up helping the most - it helped me gain the muscle i needed to support my body. the deca contributed by alleviation of the neck and back pain it its way through water retention side effects - i'm making sure i do not take any water shedding stuff. My first doc gave me testosterone with zinc which does that. Finally, the HGH is or may be working in the background. I'm also taking oxodrolone caps which i suppose is helping also.

I started this to see if HTR could help with my chronic neck and back pain. The answer is yes, it will. Its like making a car payment for a s550 series benz but worth it if the pain is gone.

Current schedule:
Sun/Wed: Testosterone - .8cc of 250MG/ML
Sun/Wed: Nandrolone Deconate 200 - .5cc
Everyday: Oxandrolone 1cap - 50mg
Fri/Sat: HCG & Anastrozole - 1 cap, 1.5MG
Mon-Fri: HGH - 2iu
(I dropped DHEA since i gives me headaches)
(I dropped B12 since it leaves bruises at injection site)

interesting , thx for sharing , so how long do u think it'll take to heal chronic pain at these doses , cuz they're very close to mine or what i'm planing to do and i have ac joint narrowing on my right shoulder.
my regimen : test 250mg/week , nand : 50-100mg/week but in cycles i think this time it's goin to be straight all year long , and hgh planing on shooting 2 iu/ed in a month.

It's been a some time from my last post - as of today, my back and neck pain are minimal. I got through the wall around end of Nov where I was working full 8 hour days and then some with less 'lay down in my car' sessions during work. December I seemed only to need one a day.

One thing I did change is my workout routine which I believe had a tremendous positive effect. Previously this year when I started working out I concentrated on my upper body and back (using a back extension machine). This time around I included my legs as much or more including leg presses (still on a machine). These exercises I started off using light weight and doing 25 reps the first couple weeks. Then I got onto a regular routine of 15 reps with normal weight. This specific exercise works the low back and as i could to more weight, my endurance increased regarding time to pain during work.

In summary, I know my back and legs (super skinny computer jockey legs) were too weak to support my body. I believe this change (exercising smarter) with HTR really worked.

This holiday I did a 16 hour road trip each way to visit family and I did effect me but not much at all (2 hour rest) where before I would be out of commission a weekend.

did u try peptides like ghrp-6 or cjc-1295 , it seems to have an excellent effect on connective tissue specially the ghrp-6.

HGH especially quality sources such as Jintropin will give you neck and shoulder pains as sides. I found that 3IUs or more a day can give you pain from the neck all the way down the arm. My friend who also takes HGH had to drop the dosages as it was proving unbearable. Large doses also make you feel tired with the sort of lethargy that makes you want to rest all the time.

You can reduce the dosage to 1 or 2 IUs a day and still get good results especially fat loss. We have noticed that HGH tends to be a cumulative product so that doses tend to accumulate in the body over time increasing the sides. It is a good idea to take a rest from HGH for a day or two a week to minimise the negative sides.

HGH promotes muscle growth but the quality is not brilliant therefore you always need to take Testosterone or a good Steroid such as Deca to maximise the benefits.

Re Progress
Its been over a month since the last post. I have gotten much strong and have started do half dumbell deadlifts for my lower back. I feel it has gotten stronger the last couple weeks. If I could go back a few months I would have focused my training on my legs, low back, and upper back or at least not neglected them. There were not priority last year and since I included them fully in my routine, I've made big improvements on endurance. One thing that has not changed is my neck and back pain. I am either as good as I can get (still able to work a full day and have to rest lying down right after work with breaks in my car during work) or I'm peaking and will need to get over it by just continuing my training.

Overall I feel better, have more energy and look better. I believe I've improved enough on my neck and back pain that I can start my MBA program this next year (requires lots of time after work each day). I'll shoot for that and it means I'm not a slave to the neck and back pain anymore! I'll keep going and post in a month or so.

Another update - been another month. Back pain has gotten much better, it is still there but less. I have also increased my hgh to 2ius from 1 which seems to have a big effect. Started doing dead lifts which has increased my back strength - I could not do these before without severe pain. I believe I am at a turning point to where the back pain curve (imagine a chart) is not so steep. Coming back from the gym last November, I would have to lay down the rest of the day and would be severely sore the next 2 days - now I am up and about like a normal functioning person.

HRT is definitely working for my back pain. HGH, Test Cyp. and Deca - the basics.

nice to hear ur improving hope ur pain will go away eventually, 2 iu gh is the right dose for therapy nice decision.
