I've never been "fat", but I did bust 300 once. 280ish at 11-12% was the biggest I guess, so 300+ was tubby by my standards.

it's sad, cuz i know a handful of guys who are well over 300lbs. but look small. does that make sense?? shit, 50 years ago, 250lbs. was HUGE... now it's the norm.
