I have BSN True Mass, Isopure Zero Carb, and Vitargo (waxymaize).
Up until I bought the waxymaize, I had been taking Isopure pre-workout, and BSN True Mass post-workout. I'm thinking about switching the two since the waxymaize gives me PLENTY of carbs post-workout.
Does this make more sense?
BSN True Mass 45 min pre-workout (I'm thinking the carbs can help my energy levels in the workout)
Vitargo waxymaize immediately post-workout
Isopure 20 min after the Vitargo
For those familiar with these supplements, is that how you'd run them? Thanks!
